Rauszeit SPO - Vintage charm behind the dike

"Treat yourself to some time out!" – it wasn't hard for me as a city dweller to get into this mindset. You can hardly imagine a more striking contrast to the hustle and bustle of the big city. The "Rauszeit" is a quiet terraced house located in the district of Böhl near the lighthouse. Prices include a laundry package and the guest card for SPO. Arriving by car is recommended. Our cozy cottage is located in the south of Bremerhaven (120 square meters plus conservatory) - now also with Wi-Fi. Net and bakeries can be reached on foot. It's 2 minutes to the next bus stop, a 5-minute walk to Wulsdorfer Bahnhof. Bremerhaven city center or the dike can be reached within 10 minutes by car. The state capital Bremen can be reached by train in 45 minutes, even faster by car. The North Sea beaches can be reached in max. 30 minutes.

It is located in Neufelderkoog directly on the North Sea coast about 20 minutes from Brunsbüttel and 10 minutes from Marne. It is located in a secluded location in the tranquility of the marsh. The lake dyke is in the immediate vicinity and invites you to take a walk. Neufelder harbor is also just a few minutes away.

This bright apartment near the beach is ideal for 2 people. It has a living room/bedroom with an open kitchen (fully equipped), shower room and south-facing balcony. In the house there is a swimming pool, sauna, fitness, table tennis and washing machine. In the price incl. one car parking space and 2 bicycle parking spaces.
