My 120 m² apartment (year of construction 2019) in a central location is the ideal place to relax after a mudflat hike or to enjoy the fresh North Sea air on one of the two spacious balconies. The modern apartment includes a large, Nordic-style living room with integrated kitchen. The dining table can accommodate the whole family. Two good beds and a cozy sofa bed offer sleeping places for four/five people. A crib and high chair are available for the little ones.

Rauszeit SPO - Vintage charm behind the dike

"Treat yourself to some time out!" – it wasn't hard for me as a city dweller to get into this mindset. You can hardly imagine a more striking contrast to the hustle and bustle of the big city. The "Rauszeit" is a quiet terraced house located in the district of Böhl near the lighthouse. Prices include a laundry package and the guest card for SPO. Arriving by car is recommended. The proximity to the Falkensteiner Ufer allows direct access to the Elbe and offers a magnificent view of the passing ships.

From here you can drive to Hamburg and Heidepark in 30 minutes, or you can visit the Büsenbachtal, hike the Heidschnuckenweg, and discover the Nordheide hotspots and hiking trails around the corner. A renovated holiday home for four people awaits you. Plus a baby crib on request. In front of the house is the dike and behind the house are meadows as well as many sheep that offer you pure peace and quiet. Children are welcome here. A climbing frame with swing and trampoline is available for the children. On the terrace you can soak up the sun or light the grill. Since September 2025, we have also had an outdoor sauna, which is heated with wood.
