In our "Industrial Loft" in the attic, "old" and "modern" complement each other to create a beautiful ambience. On around 75 square metres, you can expect an open kitchen with a large dining table, a large sofa bed, with space for 2 people, a bathroom, a separate toilet and a bedroom. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning. In the courtyard, there is a car parking space with storage for bicycles. For an extra fee, you can book the private sauna and spa area.

It was completed in 2021 and offers an open-plan living area with dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a sleeping area and a bathroom. The 34 m², bright apartment is south-facing. All windows face the green inner courtyard and provide plenty of light. Elke and Stephan live on the property and run the Stephan Schäfer carpentry shop.
