Apartment Michl – drei mal gut... Unsere drei Apartments sind ca. 40 qm groß. Zwei davon sind Doppelzimmer mit Balkon. Das Einzelzimmer ist mit einem 1,40 m breiten Bett ausgestattet. Des weiteren bieten alle unsere Apartments einen 32 Zoll TV und Eichenparkettboden. In den Doppelzimmern können die Betten entfernt von einander stehen. Unser Apartment in Harthausen bei Friedberg liegt direkt am altbayrischen Ochsenweg. Es ist eingebettet in eine herrliche Landschaft in unmittelbarer Nähe eines Bachlaufes. Eine gute Verkehrsanbindung an die Autobahn München-Stuttgart(A8) und die B300 (Augsburg-Ingolstadt) ist gegeben. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten bietet die nächste Ortschaft Dasing. Das Zentrum der Fuggerstadt Augsburg ist nur 12 km von Hathausen entfernt. Ihre Freizeit können sie mit zahlreichen Aktivitäten im Wittelsbacher Land verbringen: Friedberger Baggersee mit Wasserskianlage, Dasinger Freibad, Friedberger Hallenbad, legendäre Westerncity in Dasing, Stadt Friedberg mit seinem Schloss und interessantem Kulturangebot, Kinos in Aichach oder Augsburg.

Entspanne dich in unserem kleinen Paradies. Das außergewöhnliche Tiny House hat eine große Terrasse mit herrlichem Blick in den naturnahen Garten. Umgeben von Vogelgezwitscher, Ziegen, Hühnern, und unserem Collie kann man das Landleben genießen. Dolce vita, einfach die Seele baumeln. Im Winter gibt es kein fließend Wasser!!Es steht ein Wasserkanister bereit. Bitte beachten! Im Häuschen nebenan befindet sich die Trockentoilette und Infrarotkabine.

My place is in a quiet residential area in the Hammerschmiede. Augsburg city center (Rathausplatz) is about 4.5 km away and can be reached in about 15 minutes by car. A public bus connection is close by. The A8 motorway connection (Munich-Stuttgart) is only 2.6 km away. Many family-friendly activities are offered (zoo, Augsburg doll box, etc.). My place is great for couples, solo travelers, adventurers, and business travelers.

We rent our spacious non-smoking guest room in the newly converted attic of our house, with anteroom, shower/toilet, cable TV, kitchenette (kettle), coffee maker, microwave and small fridge. We provide dishes, but there is no possibility to cook. Suitable for up to 4 adults. A crib is available on request. Shopping, Titania swimming pool and public transportation nearby.

Welcome to our vacation rental! The two bedrooms can accommodate up to 4 people. Each of the bedrooms has its own satellite TV, radio and additional seating. The modern kitchen, which is of course fully equipped, will spoil you with every comfort. A large terrace invites you to barbecue and relax or to read a book in the shade. Free parking is right by the house.
