The apartment was completely renovated and newly furnished in 2019. It is located in the heart of the Maxvorstadt, surrounded by beautiful cafés, small boutiques, restaurants, and bars. Sights such as the English Garden, Odeonsplatz or Marienplatz are all within 10 minutes walking distance. The apartment has two modern bathrooms with shower and bath tub. The beds are super comfortable and can accommodate up to 7 adults. The apartment is air conditioned and offers everything you could ever need.

GREAT apartment - with U6 directly to downtown

The apartment is located on the north side. part of the English Garden. It's just a few minutes' walk to the U-Bahn [subway]. In just 7 minutes by car you are directly in Schwabing and in just 13 minutes at Marienplatz The Allianz Arena is 2 stops away. The MOC exhibition grounds are within walking distance. Supermarket, bakery, as well as some restaurants and beer garden are very close. The apartment has a small fully equipped kitchen. Washing machine and dryer (coins) Wi-Fi is available.

Enjoy your stay in Munich for work (with Monitor, Keyboard, Mouse) or for pleasure, only 3 stops away to the city centre with metro S4/U4 from Boehmerwaldplatz in approx. 5 minutes walk. No TV or dishwasher in the apartment itself, dryer and washing machine available in a separate room. I am there at the Check-In to explain all to you and am happy to welcome you personally. Due to the orientation to the courtyard, the entire apartment is very quiet. The apartment has underfloor heating and a large terrace.
