We loved our stay! Perfect spot for a couple for a long weekend in New Orleans. The space is clean and comfortable and the back porch is a lovely view into the hosts beautiful garden. Maria was incredibly kind and responsive and answered all of my questions. The area was gorgeous and a quick walk to explore restaurants and coffee shops. I completely recommend staying here.

Tamarin and Steve were so kind and thoughtful with details. We enjoyed the art on display in the guest suite, and the pool was lovely. The garden and porch rocking chairs made it feel like a quiet little oasis in the middle of the busy city. Close to everything, especially Superior Seafood, our daughter’s favorite place for pomegranate mojitos and everything on the menu. We also love Bearcat for breakfast. The guest suite is filled with antiques and repurposed materials, so eclectic and fun.

We had a blast, and our stay was peacful and quiet when we were in for the night to rest! Hope to visit again soon! Cheers!

Susan's place is beautiful and in a great location. Very cozy, quiet, and safe. Susan was a great host! She was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed for a wonderful stay in NOLA.

We stayed here for 1.5 wks around d holidays with our 2 toddlers. We loved the walkable neighborhood, close to trolley and the park. The place itself is beautiful and includes extra amenities. Hosts are very responsive and kind. Highly recommend!

Vilna was a kind, friendly, and helpful host. My friend and I felt very comfortable and her place and she was very helpful getting us things we needed like more water for the apartment. The area around her home felt safe and accessible and we happily made the 20-25 minute walk to Jazzfest every morning! If you are used to staying in affluent neighborhoods with manicured lawns, streetlights and perfectly aligned sidewalks -- this neighborhood and area may not be up your alley. But if you want to have the most authentic conversations with people on their porches, see the real New Orleans, and get a taste of the seventh ward leaving with the embrace of the NOLA people, don't miss a stay with VILNA!

Awesome little spot to stay in New Orleans, house was quiet and peaceful. AC worked great and the temperature inside was comfortable. Pool was very needed, nice to cool off after a long day out and about. Hosts were responsive and respectful and private. Ubers were quick and cheap, food around town was amazing. Would 100000% book again.

Cozy little spot to crash for the evening. Very soft bed! Quiet street but close and walkable to many attractions in town. Lots of great recommendations from the host. Also Who Dat Cafe just a block away had amazing breakfast and coffee! Was easy to find street parking near the place and it felt like my car was very safe.

Andrea’s place was exactly what we needed for a weekend trip to NOLA. It was close enough to be quickly accessible to the French quarter, yet tucked in a quiet neighborhood to get away from the hustle! It was immaculate and clearly labeled. We couldn’t have asked for a better place!

From the time of reserving til we left for the airport, Cody and Kyle went above and beyond. Their hospitality and professionalism and helpfulness is unmatched in our experience. The rooms are gorgeous - pristine and new yet faithful to the charm of these original New Orleans places. The beds are the SOOOOOO comfortable, and the location is right by the French quarter - very walkable to so many things- yet quieter than being right inside the Quarter. Can't recommend highly enough.

Ewan's apartment was fun and funky and as a host he was fantastic! I can definitely recommend this listing. The most important things are the A/C works brilliantly, the fridge gets very cold, and the host is super cool. Just be aware, that the bathroom is not attached to the room you're sleeping in, you have to go outside to use the shower and bathroom. However it's a very private area, and Ewan gives you open rain of the backyard, and your privacy. Parking is not a problem as it is not residential parking only. I went through a smaller festival while there, and had absolutely no issues for parking. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. And there's a wonderful neighborhood bar, Pal's four doors down. Loved this Airbnb! It’s in a great location, right off Magazine St. and very walkable to restaurants and shops. Michelle and Ashley were the best hosts. They were so kind and thoughtful. They had everything stocked such as laundry detergent, dish soap, phone chargers, everything we needed was already there! It was the perfect place to stay and we are already looking to come back.

A really lovely, inviting, immaculate space in a perfect location to access shops and restaurants, and even the charming Saint Charles streetcar. The street itself is beautiful too—tree-lined and oh so quiet. We would 100% stay here again (and hope to, when we're back in town). Thank you so much, Jenna and Andrew!

Great home in a great location perfect for 2 people a lot to do and a lot of places to eat whether you are walking or driving steps from magazine street walked to a different coffee shop everyday ez parking about a 20 minute drive to the quarter

This cottage on Burgundy Street was an absolute delight! It was charming and clean. The backyard is an oasis with a wonderful cocktail pool to hang out and cool off in. The neighborhood is so walkable. Perfect location for both the French Quarter and Frenchmen Street. We met our hosts and they were friendly and helpful. They leave their guests great recommendations for local restaurants and easy directions on how to get around. I have been to NOLA several times and have always stayed in the Quarter, but from now on I will be staying in the Marigny and hopefully in this exact same cottage! 10 out of 10 recommend!!

We couldn’t have selected a better place to stay for our first time visit to New Orleans. The B&B was close to most attractions, and very walkable. The area felt safe. Hosts were friendly and willing to give recommendations. If we were to be back in New Orleans again, I would not hesitate to stay here.

Fred’s place was great. It was quiet, and the location was very convenient to the French Quarter and City Park. Fred was very responsive to my questions and very helpful. Everything was just as described, and the guesthouse was very well stocked. This is a wonderful place for a single traveler. I’d gladly stay here again!

Gwyneth was very responsive. We were in town for our wedding and she was very accommodating towards all our requests and needs. The place is spacious and close to our favorite parts of New Orleans.

Jason's place was the perfect location for my quick visit to NOLA, though I would have gladly stayed longer. Jason was very forthcoming with tips and recommendations as soon as I checked in, which were very helpful for my visit! He and his family were very gracious and welcoming. The apartment was perfect and much larger than I anticipated; it was so nice being able to spread out. I was initially concerned about the window unit A/C (I mean it is New Orleans heat); however, the unit was centrally located enough to cool the entire apartment quite comfortably and the ceiling fan in the bedroom was a welcome extra bit of circulation for the evenings. I think one thing I did not remember reading in the listing or reviews is that the floor is concrete so you may want to bring a pair of slippers or slides for some cushion while padding around the apartment.

Perfect place to stay while in New Orleans. Home was very comfortable and clean, and surrounding area neighborhood seemed safe to walk around. I really enjoyed the outside sitting area when weather is nice. I would definitely stay again. Don't pass this one up!!
