Condo holiday rentals in French Quarter - CBD

Shawn was a great host who communicated well and clearly, even allowed us to check out an hour late because of our cruise time. The location was amazing! Go around the block and your on Burbon Street. Couldn’t be happier with everything.

Excellent stay! Beds were super comfortable (one of my biggest concerns when booking). Location was A+++ - walkable to so many restaurants, the Quarter, Superdome, etc. but also a quiet neighborhood where we felt totally safe. Kitchen and bathrooms were pristine and well-stocked. Host was communicative and gave us clear instructions. Definitely would stay again.

New, clean with comfortable beds. A huge space converted to bedrooms with en suite baths. We would stay here again.

Very nice place to stay and very clean. Location was great! Super close to Canal and Bourbon st. The host was quick to deal with our issue we had with the toilet. I love that they were fast to respond and on top of it. The towels and linens were clean and soft, and they made sure to provide a few extras which was nice.

We had a wonderful stay! We had one minor issue that was promptly fixed with hindering our plans for our stay. Would definitely book again.

Our stay was amazing. All workers were helpful with anything and everything that we needed. Highly recommend booking, won’t regret it. We enjoyed ourselves. I didn’t have to worry about anything once everything was booked and it was so simple. We will be booking again when I return to visit.

Michael’s place was great! Private, convenient location, and comfortable. Michael was very responsive and accommodating. Overall highly recommended!

This is a great place to stay regardless of why you are in New Orleans. It is located very close to Canal Street and the convention center and is a short walk to the French Quarter. This place is inviting and relaxing. I loved the furniture and kitchen. The beds are really nice and the entire place was very clean. The private courtyard is a really nice place to drink a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine before heading out to one of the many local restaurants. This place is ideally situated with a lot of attractions located less than a 15-minute walk away. Myself and my group really loved staying here!

Great location, short walk to Buffa's for great music and food. Although there is an abandoned building close by, the neighborhood always felt safe. The short flight of stairs is not bad. Would stay here again.

We had a great time staying here for a three generation family get together… family ranging in age from 6 to 79, all enjoyed themselves! In a great location, but also tucked away off of a private courtyard, so you’re a step away from the city with a relaxing atmosphere. We walked to the street car on St. Charles and took reasonable Uber rides to many places in the city. We would stay there again!

Adam’s house was exactly what we needed for a comfortable stay in New Orleans. Great kitchen space and comfortable living room + bedding!

The luggage storage was awesome!! The building was quiet. Easy walk to Bourbon Street and meeting places for tours.

I would stay again in the same spot for sure. Location was very ideal and everything was within a good distance from the condo.

We stopped in for work and pleasure and we were very happy with the condo. Looks just like the photos and we loved the extra touch of the owner leaving goodies for us in the basket. We enjoyed them throughout the stay and on our long drive home. Another plus is that the owners made sure you have just about everything you need. Great stay, highly recommend and if you get the chance, Drago's restaurant was amazing for dinner and Ruby Slipper for breakfast! We will come back for any future stays! Thank you!

The host was perfectly responsive and kind. I think this place has everything you might need. Comfortable bed. Creative use of space in this former shotgun provides so much room. Treacherous stairs for carrying large suitcases so we kept them on main floor. Location is perfection. Stay here!

The place was great for our group of 11 people. Enough space to hangout and visit. The property management were very responsive to a couple issues we had and got them cleared away immediately. The only thing is if you’re going to be renting the third unit the entire unit is on the third floor. There is lot of stairs which prevented several members of our group to enjoy the pool. The poor was refreshing and nice please to relax. Also you couldn’t hear the traffic from the highway. Also everything was clean and very comfortable. I’d recommend to friends.

Very clean and spacious, within easy walking distance to the Ogden Museum of Southern Art and the National WWII Museum. TVs in every room and 2.5 bathrooms were wonderful amenities.

Kevin’s place was really nice. It’s super clean and the inside is very nice. Loved the washer/dryer. It took us a while to figure out where the building was, where to park, how to get in and where the apartment was exactly inside the building. It’s also in a very industrial area, so it did not feel very safe. We traveled with two little children. It is convenient though for a lot of things and not in the thick of the French quarters.

This place was amazing! Spacious and had great amenities. Host was responsive and helpful whenever needed. I would definitely recommend this place to others and this will be my new go-to whenever we visit New Orleans!

This little gem on Magazine Street was absolutely perfect! We love the neighborhood with its cute little shops, restaurants and unique bars. Our host, Craig, was very helpful and friendly. We come to New Orleans often as I used to live in the city for 10 years. I am so glad we booked Craig’s place and will continue staying here for our future trips

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Perle. The suite was nicely decorated and comfortable. It looked just as it was depicted in the pictures online. The pool was great and the on site manager was helpful and accommodating. It was about a 15 minute walk to the French Quarter and there were great restaurants nearby. Highly recommended!

We loved our stay. It is a very cool hotel with a great rooftop and courtyard. The area felt safe and you need a key to enter the building. The place is spacious and clean and we enjoyed the balcony. The area is walkable, no car needed. Chris was responsive and proactive. He was a great host, I would definitely stay here again

Elizabeth's condo was absolutely perfect for our girls' trip! We enjoyed staying in a private, peaceful location after spending our days and nights in the French Quarter. The beds were super comfortable, and we all slept great. The furnishings and decor are all beautiful, and the condo was very spacious. Highly recommend!
