Guesthouse holiday rentals in New Orleans

All good, no issues. Not exactly a palace, but it worked for us on a business trip.

We loved our stay! Perfect spot for a couple for a long weekend in New Orleans. The space is clean and comfortable and the back porch is a lovely view into the hosts beautiful garden. Maria was incredibly kind and responsive and answered all of my questions. The area was gorgeous and a quick walk to explore restaurants and coffee shops. I completely recommend staying here.

We had a blast, and our stay was peacful and quiet when we were in for the night to rest! Hope to visit again soon! Cheers!

Love her place was nice and quiet

We stayed here for 1.5 wks around d holidays with our 2 toddlers. We loved the walkable neighborhood, close to trolley and the park. The place itself is beautiful and includes extra amenities. Hosts are very responsive and kind. Highly recommend!

Vilna was a kind, friendly, and helpful host. My friend and I felt very comfortable and her place and she was very helpful getting us things we needed like more water for the apartment. The area around her home felt safe and accessible and we happily made the 20-25 minute walk to Jazzfest every morning! If you are used to staying in affluent neighborhoods with manicured lawns, streetlights and perfectly aligned sidewalks -- this neighborhood and area may not be up your alley. But if you want to have the most authentic conversations with people on their porches, see the real New Orleans, and get a taste of the seventh ward leaving with the embrace of the NOLA people, don't miss a stay with VILNA!

My husband and I will never stay anywhere else in Bay St. Louis. We’ve stayed other places and Joy’s house and its location is by far the best! The Compass Rose is lovely and the pictures do not do her place justice. It is historic and has such a lovely charm and energy to it. Joy provided us with everything we needed for our last minute stay. We wanted for nothing. The bed is so comfortable, everything is very clean, the towels are plush and Joy is such a great host! We loved chatting with her and learning more about the area, her historic home that survived hurricane Katrina and connecting. We felt very fortunate to stay at your place Joy! Thank you!

The cottage was wonderful! It was so cute and had all the creature comforts needed for a great stay! They even set up a portable crib for our 4-month old! The location and all the nearby amenities were great too, and the hosts were such interesting people. Would recommend to anyone visiting the MS Coast!

Awesome little spot to stay in New Orleans, house was quiet and peaceful. AC worked great and the temperature inside was comfortable. Pool was very needed, nice to cool off after a long day out and about. Hosts were responsive and respectful and private. Ubers were quick and cheap, food around town was amazing. Would 100000% book again.

Bone Maisons place was beautiful and in a really great location. we loved sitting on the upper balcony over looking bourbon street. Our only complaints were that there was what looked to be pet hair on both beds and the kitchen appliances weren't clean.

Fred’s place was great. It was quiet, and the location was very convenient to the French Quarter and City Park. Fred was very responsive to my questions and very helpful. Everything was just as described, and the guesthouse was very well stocked. This is a wonderful place for a single traveler. I’d gladly stay here again!

Andrea’s place was exactly what we needed for a weekend trip to NOLA. It was close enough to be quickly accessible to the French quarter, yet tucked in a quiet neighborhood to get away from the hustle! It was immaculate and clearly labeled. We couldn’t have asked for a better place!

From the time of reserving til we left for the airport, Cody and Kyle went above and beyond. Their hospitality and professionalism and helpfulness is unmatched in our experience. The rooms are gorgeous - pristine and new yet faithful to the charm of these original New Orleans places. The beds are the SOOOOOO comfortable, and the location is right by the French quarter - very walkable to so many things- yet quieter than being right inside the Quarter. Can't recommend highly enough.

Ewan's apartment was fun and funky and as a host he was fantastic! I can definitely recommend this listing. The most important things are the A/C works brilliantly, the fridge gets very cold, and the host is super cool. Just be aware, that the bathroom is not attached to the room you're sleeping in, you have to go outside to use the shower and bathroom. However it's a very private area, and Ewan gives you open rain of the backyard, and your privacy. Parking is not a problem as it is not residential parking only. I went through a smaller festival while there, and had absolutely no issues for parking. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. And there's a wonderful neighborhood bar, Pal's four doors down. Great home in a great location perfect for 2 people a lot to do and a lot of places to eat whether you are walking or driving steps from magazine street walked to a different coffee shop everyday ez parking about a 20 minute drive to the quarter

The Burgundy cottage was exactly what we needed. It fit everyone in our party and we especially loved the outdoor space. Spending some time in the pool (and with the adorable outside cat) was great. Maryann herself was fantastic as well, sweet and helpful. 10/10 would stay again

We couldn’t have selected a better place to stay for our first time visit to New Orleans. The B&B was close to most attractions, and very walkable. The area felt safe. Hosts were friendly and willing to give recommendations. If we were to be back in New Orleans again, I would not hesitate to stay here.

Gwyneth was very responsive. We were in town for our wedding and she was very accommodating towards all our requests and needs. The place is spacious and close to our favorite parts of New Orleans.

Jason's place was the perfect location for my quick visit to NOLA, though I would have gladly stayed longer. Jason was very forthcoming with tips and recommendations as soon as I checked in, which were very helpful for my visit! He and his family were very gracious and welcoming. The apartment was perfect and much larger than I anticipated; it was so nice being able to spread out. I was initially concerned about the window unit A/C (I mean it is New Orleans heat); however, the unit was centrally located enough to cool the entire apartment quite comfortably and the ceiling fan in the bedroom was a welcome extra bit of circulation for the evenings. I think one thing I did not remember reading in the listing or reviews is that the floor is concrete so you may want to bring a pair of slippers or slides for some cushion while padding around the apartment.

Loved this Airbnb! It’s in a great location, right off Magazine St. and very walkable to restaurants and shops. Michelle and Ashley were the best hosts. They were so kind and thoughtful. They had everything stocked such as laundry detergent, dish soap, phone chargers, everything we needed was already there! It was the perfect place to stay and we are already looking to come back.

Perfect place to stay while in New Orleans. Home was very comfortable and clean, and surrounding area neighborhood seemed safe to walk around. I really enjoyed the outside sitting area when weather is nice. I would definitely stay again. Don't pass this one up!!
