The newly renovated space perfectly melds contemporary design with historic New Orleans "shotgun" architecture. Featuring high ceilings, tons of natural light, and a fully stocked kitchen, you might never want to leave this home away from home! But you will as you are also a short walk from premier local restaurants, nightlife, and the riverfront (Crescent) park.

You will love sitting on the amazing porch and just people watch, waving to passengers on the streetcar. A great experience to be right there on the Avenue under the 250 year old oak trees. You can take our self guided walking tour through the Garden District and see one home after another built in 1800's, with names of architect (if known), year built and who lived there.
