This beautiful architect´s house is located in a quiet residential area surrounded by idyllic vineyards and some of the most beautiful paths for hiking or mountain biking start directly in front of the door. The house has a big garden with a magnificent old stock of trees and a little creek. As this house was renovated looking after the design and the details and also with some technical refinements, i am looking forward to welcome you into this cozy home.

The townhouse is right on the Brandel complex, a recently redesigned and beautifully maintained park with two playgrounds. The center can be reached in 10 minutes by bike, a bus stop is 300 m away. Supermarket, restaurants etc. are 5 minutes walk away.
