One of the Best Airbnb Stays We've Had! This villa was truly one of the best Airbnb properties we’ve ever stayed in. It’s a spacious house with all modern amenities, beautifully maintained and perfectly located. The views of the Black Forest from both the living room and bedroom were absolutely stunning. The large balcony with a dining table made it perfect for enjoying meals with a breathtaking view. The villa also has a beautiful garden and a lovely outdoor sitting area, perfect for relaxing in the peaceful surroundings. The private sauna and wellness area were a fantastic bonus — we wish we had booked a couple more days to enjoy it even more! Melanie was a wonderful and friendly host, making our stay even more comfortable. Just a note for future guests: having your own transportation is essential, as there’s no public transport nearby. We’re already looking forward to visiting again!

We spent a long weekend in Haus Pia and enjoyed our stay very much. The accommodation is well-equipped and we felt completely comfortable. The location, only 15 minutes outside of Freiburg, is great for trips to Freiburg and the surrounding area.

I live in Airbnbs and originally booked Claire’s house for 3 nights and extended it two more once I realized how great it is. All the other reviews are accurate about location and quality. It’s full of books and other non-IKEA things that make you feel at home. The apartment, even though downstairs, has its own outdoor space and feels airy You can get into Freiburg very easily by public transport and there are walking trails directly from the house. Plenty to do. Bring a bike if you can. I would absolutely stay here again.

We (family of 6) had a pleasant stay here. Spacious semi detached house with modern amenities located in a quiet and serene neighbourhood. Easy to park in front of the house (we travelled w/ 2 cars). Smooth check-in/check-out experience, and easy to communicate with the host. More than happy to book JeCo’s house again when travelling to the Kaiserstuhl region. 5 stars from us.

We were very comfortable with a dog! Especially if you bring more leisure time, you will be well supplied with excursion tips and instructions in the extensive, thought out folder in the apartment. We were able to start spontaneous, small hikes directly from the house. We found that the space on both floors is super smart and pleased to be able to shop directly from producers in the neighborhood on foot. For our purposes, staying at Elena's was just the thing :)

We loved our time with Peter! He was a responsive and friendly host. It was easy to walk to restaurants and city center. Also very close to the train. Beds were very comfortable and kitchen was well stocked. Thanks for a great stay!

We had an amazing time in Freiburg! Michael and his family were fantastic hosts. His lovely wife showed us around her garden. We walked around the historic old town, went to the market, ran beside the stream. The apartment is up many stairs in the attic but such amazing views! Especially the roof top terrace!

We were at Karl's for the second time, and immediately felt very comfortable again A beautiful retreat. We will be happy to come back.

We spent four nights at the end of May as a couple in this beautiful apartment. It is large and bright and equipped with everything we needed. What you should know: you have to climb a relatively steep metal staircase to the second floor and there is no door to the sleeping area. The location in the countryside and at the same time close to the city is great for this. There was even a private parking space, large enough for our van and bike rack. And the hostess answered all inquiries within minutes very friendly and helpful. We will be happy to come back.

Tom was a wonderful host. He was very responsive and gave us lots of suggestions for restaurants and things to do while we were in town. We were also able to check-in early and was accommodating to meet us at the place when we arrived in Freiburg. I would definitely recommend staying here. Very clean and great location!

We were able to enjoy 3 very nice days with the lovely hosts. After a friendly welcome and a thorough check-in, we were well informed about the accommodation and all the possibilities. The pool and the nearby Rhine were ideal for cooling off. In addition to the comfortable bed, we also appreciated the other high-quality amenities. Everything was perfect from A to Z. Apartment was very comfortable and very clean. Easy walk to grocery and restaurants. We were able to walk/hike from the apartment to the castle ruins. It was convenient to have parking space at the building. Enjoyed the two porches. Note: the apartment is up two flights of stairs and the second bedroom is accessed by a ladder.

Super clean accommodation and mega friendly host. Everything was great. We just didn't find the bed that comfortable, but that's different for everyone. Highly recommend 😊

Very nice accommodation and very well-equipped. I had a good stay there and I didn't miss anything. The place was well appointed and decorated. Big plus for Nicole's little touches, I've rarely seen an Airbnb so well equipped! We just had to put our suitcases down. I recommend it 200%, go there with your eyes closed!
