Der grosse Dachüberstand in Richtung Weiher stellt zusätzlichen Aufenthaltsraum zum ebenerdigen 34m² Studio zur Verfügung. Das Grundstück mit 1.000m² Westhang ist sonnenverwöhnt. In Richtung Süden besteht aus dem Atrium mit Granitfelsen super Alpensicht. Wir versorgen dich mit PV-Strom und Batteriespeicher.

In the middle of the vineyards

In the middle of the vineyards, on the southern slope, with great views of the front Kinzig Valley, our house is in a secluded location. In the basement, at ground level to the garden, there is a cozily furnished apartment, where you can be comfortable in any season and in any weather. The combined kitchen-living room, bedroom and bathroom are accessible on around 45 m² barrier-free. Right outside the front door you will find endless hiking trails through the Black Forest.

Freiburg city centre is a 10-minute drive, and there is a public bus connection. The Europa-Park is 25 minutes away. Our apartment, furnished with a lot of love and comfort, is located on the ground floor & is surrounded by a spacious garden. A high-quality sleep system & the quiet neighborhood promise good relaxation.

Beautiful, angled and lovingly furnished attic apartment in the Freiburg district of Wiehre in a listed and completely renovated Gründerzeit villa. You will have breakfast on a spacious roof terrace overlooking Freiburg Minster and the Black Forest. The bedrooms are rustic gables and turrets, and because of the sloping roofs CANNOT be locked by doors.
