The 45qm-appartment (2 rooms) is centrally located in a quiet street in Freiburg-Betzenhausen. Both rooms has an access to the balcony with black-forest-view. Nearby you find a big shopping center. You can reach the central station oder downtown on foot in 15 minutes. There is also a tram stop in front of the house. We are looking foward to meet open people from all over the world. It was born in 1357. It is located in the old town of Zurich, in a very lively alley, a 3-minute walk from Zurich Main Station. There is a comprehensive transportation hub 90 meters away from the apartment, making it easy to reach any attraction. . Various restaurants are not shops, bars, everywhere, unfortunately there is a bar downstairs from the apartment, which is very noisy on weekend nights, we can't change this, the rest, it's perfect!

Welcome to my apartment! The apartment is quiet and located about 200m from Lake Dietenbach. All sights are easy to reach by tram. The tram stop is also about 500m from the property. By tram you can easily get from the main train station to the apartment. It's a loft apartment with lots of light. A parking space can be provided by arrangement. I live directly under the apartment and am available for questions.
