Close to HMS Raleigh &Polhawn Fort. There are 120 steps down to the chalet.

There has been a mill on this site since 1298 and in 2019 we completely refurbished the current 18th century milll to a very high standard to ensure a truly comfortable and magical getaway. You'll be surrounded by trees, bird song and the constant sound of running water and the sight of our resident heron by the waterfall. The mill lies in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in Daphne du Maurier country, on the Fowey estuary.

Lime Tree is a 1 bedroom apartment in the beautiful village of Millbrook, run by a local family: It is 5 minutes away from Whitsand Bay Beaches and a couple of minutes away from the fishing villages of Kingsand/Cawsand. It is close to wedding venues of Mount Edgcumbe and Polhawn Fort. It has off road parking which is a fantastic bonus as parking can be difficult in the area. There is a bus stop across the road too. It has a lovely private outside space to sit and relax, and a BBQ.

The Rocket House is an old fisherman's store right across the road from Portwrinkle beach. A cosy, one-bedroom cottage with an open plan kitchen, diner and sitting room with a large window that looks over the sea. The studio apartment is a 1 room space with private access and its own bathroom. A small outside area is also provided. It is just 200 meters walk to the beach. This space is ideal for couples looking for a quite getaway. Cawsand and the local area has lots to explore. Dogs are welcome too. Please note- There is a slope and 9 steps up to the studio from the road.
