Our house is located in Lajen-Ried, at 780 meters above sea level, on the sunny southern slope at the entrance to the Val Gardena - the ideal starting point for your skiing and hiking vacation. Lajen-Ried is a scattered settlement surrounded by fields, meadows and forests. The immediate surroundings are a dream setting for hikers and cyclists. Enjoy your vacation in nature, walking, mushrooming or cycling in the forest. We are located in the heart of South Tyrol and are very centrally located.

The apartment is located in a quiet residential complex in the municipality of Varna, less than 2 km from the beautiful historic center of Bressanone. The apartment is located on the first floor of an apartment building that was completely renovated in 2018. The apartment consists of a large bedroom with a kitchenette. The bathroom is spacious and complete with shower and bidet. The apartment faces west and north, with a north-facing balcony. There is no air-conditioning. BrixenCard is included.

It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. Our apartment is located in the peaceful village of St. Magdalena and offers a magnificent view of the Geisler Peaks, which are part of the UNESCO World Natural Heritage. The small apartment is on the first floor of a residential building and is simply yet lovingly furnished; the spacious balcony invites you to relax and unwind. The apartment also includes a garage. The Villnöss Valley is easily accessible by public transport and is an ideal starting point for hikes and mountain tours.

Stunning view on the mountains of the Dolomites, Val Isarco and Val Pusteria and an optimal starting point for hiking and walking. Price for 2 people/day; for every additional person there will be an extra charge. The tourist tax (2.10 euros/person <14 years/night) will be collected upon arrival.

The cozy Apartment 16 is located in Karneid/Cornedo all'Isarco, near Bolzano/Bozen and is a great starting point for exploring both the city as well as South Tyrol's beautiful mountains. The 50m² apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), satellite television, a baby bed and a highchair.

Stachelburg residence - living within historic walls

15 minutes from Bolzano and Merano is an elegant 65 sqm apartment on two floors with a separate entrance, consisting of a living room\kitchen, a bedroom (full bed) and a bathroom, to offer you a comfortable stay. The apartment is in a suitable location to reach the famous Christmas markets in a few minutes. The apartment is in a 16th century castle. On the ground floor of the castle is a small restaurant, where you can spend a nice evening.
