We offer two beautiful apartments on our historic, meticulously renovated farm. Both of them feature the perfect mix between tradition and modern convenience and style. Our sun-drenched apartments exude calm and coziness. We equipped the holiday apartments with furniture made from our own stone pine forest. It beckons you to relax and unwind. Stand on the balcony and take in the breathtaking mountain Alpine panorama. Here, you can finally unwind and just kick back. The BrixenCard is included.

Dolomites Alpine Penthouse 90 m² private Sauna + Hot tub

This penthouse is a fantastic choice for anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay. With breathtaking mountain views, the penthouse offers a unique atmosphere that impresses immediately. The exclusive amenities and spacious 90 square meters of living space provide plenty of room to relax and unwind. As an additional highlight, the penthouse features a private outdoor sauna and a private whirlpool, enhancing the overall relaxation of your stay. Here you will find peace and tranquility.

Haus Adler

The modernly furnished Apartment Haus Adler is located in Meransen (Maranza) just a 10-minute walk or a 2-minute drive from the ski lift (800 m). The 80 m² apartment has a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and an additional toilet and can accommodate 10 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, satellite TV. The child-friendly accommodation also provides you with a crib and a child's high chair. Laundry room and washing machine shared with the host.

Questo appartameno ha una stanza da letto (letto matrimoniale, letto singolo + culla neonato), cucina con divano-letto (senza lavastoviglie), Tv, grande balcone al sud...nel bagno ce anche una piccola lavatrice....Ideale per la coppia con bambini piccoli :)

The apartment has 3 bedrooms, a spacious living and dining area, bathroom and day toilet and a large terrace.

The four suites are located on the second floor of the building and impress with a shared sauna with a relaxation room and shower.
