Holiday rentals with a patio in Fountain

We stayed here while visiting friends in the area and would absolutely stay here again. It is much nicer than it looks in the photos- light, bright, sunny and airy. Super clean, well maintained, comfortable furniture and a well stocked kitchen. Lots of thoughtful touches like games, nice coffee selection, hot cocoa, water bottles, umbrellas, kitchen staples etc. The host was a good communicator, super responsive and made sure the pack and play and changing pad were up before our arrival with our baby. The balcony and patio are a lovely spot to sit outside. The AirBnB is right behind the host's house but they respected our privacy and we felt like we had our own private space to enjoy. Overall a very comfortable, lovely and thoughtfully done AirBnB with a host who cares about the guest's experience and attention to detail.

I highly recommend Jonathan's place! This was our second time staying here, and would definitely book this place again.

Brian's place was perfect for our girls getaway. We planned our day in his area around the incline and it was only about a 12 minute drive. It was cozy and we were able to run a load of laundry, which after a couple days of hiking was much appreciated. We were hoping to check in a little early and Brian was extremely accommodating. We also forgot a few things we needed for the incline and he was willing to help out. My only regret is not planning to spend more time in the area because we definitely would have stayed another night and there is plenty to do just two blocks from his location. Highly recommend considering a stay here if you are in the area! Thank you Brian for providing everything we needed for a nice rest during our adventure filled visit to Colorado!

Holly and Matty are such great hosts - they were really easy to work with and made everything smooth from the get-go, with all the little touches that actually matter when you're staying somewhere. Their place was in a perfect location. It's so nice when you can just walk to grab dinner or coffee without having to drive everywhere. And when we did want to explore a bit further out, nothing was more than a few minutes away. Hiking and horseback riding is literally an 8-10 minute drive away. We really appreciate that it was such hassle-free stay. The room had everything we could want, and it's obvious Holly and Matty put thought into making their guests comfortable. We will 100% stay there again when we're back in Colorado Springs.

Emilio was a great host along with his place. Very quaint and had all things you’d need. Sport court and air hockey table was a great addition!

This was one of the favorite places we have stayed via Airbnb or other short term rental companies. Frank & Ingrid know how to host and they do everything to make you feel welcome, supported and comfortable. The place was clean and the decor was all very cozy but still fresh. They also give plenty of recommendations on exploring the area. These are the kind of people that should be in hospitality - believe me we have stayed with many who only focus on making money and don’t know how to host. The area is convenient to downtown. We felt like the area was pretty safe & walkable - maybe at night less so- but Frank & Ingrid have made their place feel secure and private.

Great place for a relaxing getaway. Even as a local it was lovely! A ton of great eating options within walking distance. The hot tub was clean and comfortable. The house was just as described. Make this place your next weekend getaway!

Wow! This has been by far the most beautiful and enriching family vacation we have experienced. The Living Room had breath taking views of the mountains, surrounding farms and wildlife that could be seen from inside the home and from the lovely patio. Whether waking with a Nespresso coffee or tea in hand on the patio, eating meals or playing cards at the dinner table or enjoying a glass of wine in the hot tub the experience was amazing. The word WOW is the best way for us to describe our stay. Mark and Renee were wonderful and attentive hosts. They are very organized and had books that helped us find fun things to do. The home was very clean and spacious. We were able to cook many meals at the Airbnb and had many options for dinning out if desired. We are so grateful to have the luxury of enjoying such a wonderful experience and plan to come visit again in the coming years.

We had a great time here! It was a nice house to come back to after a full day of doing activities around Colorado Springs and Manitou Springs. Check in was easy. Check out was very simple too. Plenty of room to spread ourselves out to enjoy and hang out together.

We absolutely LOVED our stay! The house was so cute and comfy for our family of three. There were so many special details throughout the house that made us feel welcomed and at home. The amenities were fantastic and the snacks and beers were a step above! Jacquie was an AWESOME host and was super responsive and had great suggestions for local places. If we find ourselves in COS again, we’ll definitely try to book the cottage again!!

The property had everything we needed for a relaxing and fun escape — from the cozy cedar hot tub and stargazing net to the game garage, Blackstone grill, and fire pit, every detail was thoughtfully set up for a great time. Atomic was incredibly responsive and accommodating throughout our stay, which made everything even more enjoyable. We’d absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat, and we’re already hoping to come back soon!

We were in town to celebrate my brother’s birthday. We were comfortable with only my husband and myself. We used the kitchen for making breakfast, which was plenty of space. Coffee maker, and toaster worked very well. I especially loved the heater in the bathroom 😊. We would stay there again when in Colorado Springs!!

This was a lovely condo. It was centrally located and perfect for the activities that we needed to drive to.

The place is lovely, the kitchen is very well stocked, beds are very comfy, we loved hanging out in the balcony, the pool is huge, the hotel is in a very good location near lots of food, walmart etc. Definitely recommend!
