Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Fountain

One of the best stays we've had! So much attention to detail around the home, from the sparkling wine/chocolate welcome to the popcorn bar in the basement "theatre". The kitchen was thoroughly labeled for easy access to the items, and Amanda had board games/puzzles available. Very clean and comfortable. The location was 10 minutes to the Cheyenne Mountain Zoom and 15 minutes to Garden of the Gods. We wish we could have stayed longer!

Amazing spot to relax! Hosts even provide towels and extra essentials that may be needed! The hot tub was easy to use and the set up is beautiful! Even has a thriving bird nest by the door, adding a sweet little touch to your stay!

The home was very clean and looked exactly like the photos. Kristina was very responsive and reached out to make sure we had everything we needed.

Everyone was surprised by how well stocked the house was. Whether it was a white noise machine or fan in the bedroom, to condiments, pots, pans, dishes, etc in the kitchen, to the super cute coffee bar in the master (there's one in the kitchen too!) We had absolutely everything we needed and then some. Beds were clean and super comfy. The property was beautiful and we even saw a deer, some wild turkeys and a black bear! Loved our stay and would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area.

Our stay here was beautiful and peaceful. The elevated level we stayed on made for beautiful and striking views from both levels. The room was so cozy and the backyard was so beautiful and peaceful as well.

Outstanding space here at Paramount Springs! My family and I were in town for a couple days and we’re glad we booked with Teara and Casey. They were so intentional with strong attention to detail, making us feel right at home. Excellent communication and the Hot tub + mountains were such a plus! 10/10

The house was perfect for our family of 5! Brooks was incredibly helpful as we booked the property the same day as check in due to an issue with a different house we had reserved. Brooks helped us resolve our very stressful situation quickly and we walked in the home an hour after booking it! Thanks for saving our vacation!!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Incredible Stay – Highly Recommend! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as pictured—if not better. The host was incredibly welcoming and communicative, offering helpful local tips and making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was super comfy, the kitchen was well-equipped, and every little detail felt thoughtful and intentional. We especially loved having our morning coffee on the front porch, while taking in the view of Pikes Peak. This was easily one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve had. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a Colorado Springs getaway!

This place is absolutely amazing!!! My family and I stayed here for Father’s Day weekend and it was one of our best getaways yet. There was entertainment for everyone from the game room for the kids, to shooting pool for the adults, to just relaxing out on the beautiful patios for those who just want some nice quiet time. We enjoyed Soaking in the hot tub with beautiful views of the mountains. There was access to the gym for a workout and a sauna to wind down after a hard workout! After a great nights sleep in the comfortable beds, we took a five minute walk down to Palmer lake and had lunch while letting the kids run around! There’s so much to do at this location I promise you won’t be bored! I absolutely loved it and will definitely be bringing my family back for future visits!!!!

This home was BEAUTIFUL! It is very spacious, clean and quiet. The backyard has a beautiful view of the mountains and is a private space. We will definitely be back for another stay in the future. Thanks Tom! It was delightful. Karen

Our second time staying at this location. Loved it so much we wanted to recreate our family memories. Beautiful home in a peaceful and magical environment. You can not go wrong with this place and the owner is a gem.

We had a family vacay at Emma and Chad's place and it was lovely. The home is older, but had been updated nicely. The views were absolutely incredible! Just like any older home, there were a few quirks, but they let us know about them ahead of time and none of the quirks were dealbreakers or issues at all. I was a little concerned with our number of people with only having 5 bedrooms, but most of the bedrooms were plenty big and there were plenty of beds. The house itself was HUGE, with plenty of space for our group of 13. They were great hosts! I would definitely consider returning to this spot if/when I return to Colorado Springs with a large group.

This place really filled the bill. It was enormous but felt homey which is a real trick. Everyone had space and yet we came together naturally. The back yard is really nicely enclosed with plenty of chairs. Had no idea we would hang out there for hours. It is an historic house with creeks and quirks, but nicely updated and decorated. Great location and worked really well for a graduation party of 9 plus various children stopping in! One family stayed in the coach house, so that worked well too.

Very clear instructions on everything. Beautiful views. Cozy and quiet.

The view was amazing! The home was well stocked with everything we needed. Host also very responsive and helpful. My kids enjoyed having their own space upstairs. We would definitely stay at this home again.

Wonderful house and host!!! It was centrally located to easily honor and explore all of the amazing outdoor adventures. Shauna was very responsive and helpful with any questions. We would love to stay again and will recommend it to anyone we know going to the area.

Everything was awesome about this place. Views were great. In my opinion, the best thing was how responsive and quickly Jennifer was to answer all my questions from scenic routes to what ingredients she had in her house when I went grocery shopping! 😂😂 lots of board games, pool table was nice, and the hot tub was a hot for our family! I would easily come back for another visit!

Our stay was one for the books! I will never forget this trip!! Views are spectacular! I felt the airbnb was mostly stocked of things we needed for our stay and was overall impressed. A highlight was the cows morning stroll right by the house! A hit for my 6year old!! You have to wake up early to see it but very worth it! The beds are definitely firmer, so not for someone who likes a softer feel. Some questions to the host took a while for a response, but she would respond quickly to something urgent. Elizabeth worked with us, graciously, on a date change that worked better for our schedule. The hot tub worked and we used it daily, it is placed perfectly to view the mountains and nature surrounding us. We also utilized the firepit because my 6 year old loves making smores. It was rainy and wet most days, but we still had pockets of time to experience the outdoors. This was a great place to stay our first time to CO!

I could summarize it with just… can’t wait to come back! But as a parents, I read reviews looking for insight so maybe helpful for others… We are a group of 2 adults, 4 kids. The space fit us easily with one sleeping on the couch. Lots of table room for dining and playing games. Our welcome table included snacks for the kids which they LOVED and started the stay off on the right note. Kitchen was incredibly well stocked, we were really impressed with this. Prepared meals with ease. Lots of towels, even included slip on sandals to go to the hot tub which again, so thoughtful on the hosts part. One consideration for a bigger group is maybe the one bathroom - lol - gotta be strategic at times. We had a hard time getting the fire pit started (user error on our part) during our stay and messaged the host pretty late, but she still responded and sent helpful videos the next morning so we could successively make s’mores (saved the day lol)

Kristen’s place was my dream home — nestled in the mountains with a river flowing through the backyard. The home was beautiful inside and out, and communication with the host was super easy and smooth. I only wish I could’ve stayed longer to soak in the peaceful surroundings
