Our stay was just perfect! The house is exactly as described in the ad: clean, organized, cozy we feel good. The host Renata is very attentive and responsive. And having your José who is the housekeeper nearby makes a big difference,he is fine people. I recommend the house to those looking for comfort, space, beautiful view, tranquility and a great experience. Sure if God wants we'll be back at another time! Thanks for everything Renata!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay again. The apartment is comfortable and well decorated with great amenities. It’s perfect with kids, with the short walk to the swings/playground which you can see from the terrace.

The house is perfect for those who want to work or just spend a vacation. It's exactly like in the photos and it's very close to the beach. Close to everything. The host is extremely polite and helpful. One of the best Airbnb services I've ever had, personally or with friends. I would definitely recommend it and I will be back.

Casa otima. We are in 3 families. We hired an employee indicated by Alana and Oswaldo. Her name is Lili and she helped us mto. That was great. Very spacious house and otima to go with a child.

The house matches the listing exactly. Very well equipped, clean and organized. The reception was great. We had useful information already left by the owners. And we had a flexible check-in time, making our arrival even easier. We were very satisfied and it is certainly a place I would return to.

Very quiet. You feel very safe and comfortable there! Gladly again, everything is clean and very pleasant with the air conditioners. To the center ofCombuco (Caucaia) by foot 15 min away. We always drove by car. Very close to the beach location, you feel comfortable there!

There were incredible days, clean house, good location, we had a wonderful reception, we regret the good house being adapted para elderly, there is no access ramp and in the description it said that it had a suite downstairs, hand had it. But everything else was wonderful.

Very close to the beach park, in the house there is a market in front with everything agent needs, supermarket, cafeteria and supermarket nearby. Extremely spectacular house! The House matches exactly as in the listing, Mario made me completely comfortable in the house, and his caretaker, Mr. Milton, was always very helpful and proactive! The location is wonderful, close to supermarkets and restaurants, the police station is very close, giving an even greater sense of security for the days of the stay. I'll definitely be back soon. The house needs a little maintenance in the outdoor area, painting only. Note: Do not rent with the intention of throwing a party, it was my birthday and I put a band on at 6 p.m., only for the guests, even so, even within the hours allowed by national law, Porto das Dunas has a municipal law that any complaint about sound, takes the police to the door of the house, so it's better to avoid loud noise!!

Sergio and his family were wonderful to me and my girlfriend. I was just waiting for a beautiful place, in front of the lagoon, to stay, but I felt like a part of the family and the local community. I just don't give 10 stars, because the maximum is 5, I would recommend as many times as necessary. If there are any english speakers reading this, this one is the place to go, the hosts will provide you w/ the best facilities, hospitality, laughs and kitesurf 🌊

We had a wonderful stay! We were with our 5-month-old baby and the condominium is ok and comfortable for children. The apartment is very well equipped and waking up with a breathtaking view made our experience even more special.

We had an extremely positive experience during our stay at Mr. Assis, located on the beach of Presídio, near the beach and almost beside the Hotel Jangadeiro. The location is excellent, providing easy access to the sea and other points of interest in the region. The house is very well cared for, clean and equipped with everything you need for days of comfort and tranquility. All kitchen appliances work perfectly, and there are new air-conditioning in every room, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The outdoor area has a great barbecue and a sports space with a soccer field and volleyball, which made the children happy. We would also like to highlight the hospitality of the landlord. Mr. Assis was extremely helpful, kind and considerate, always available to answer questions and promptly meet any needs that have arisen. It was a very happy weekend for the whole family, full of good times. Reco
