The granada apartment is simply perfect, very clean and organized, all brand new just like the photos. Kárdila always requests a lot, always ready for us to help with doubts and indications. The apartment is very well located, close to market, pharmacy, restaurants, as well as an amazing view of the Sea. The extremely comfortable rooms with new beds and perfect bedding. Anyway, our stay was amazing.

It's a wonderful department, very safe. Beautiful view and close to everything beautiful in Fortaleza. I have stayed in many spaces around the world and practically there is nothing to question the space of Simón and Liciane. If I ever come back to town, I stay here without hesitation.

The apartment is very good, for its price it is the best, landscape apartments with this quality of view of the beach are more expensive, this was a find. Communication with Filomena and Lúcia is good, in 7 days of accommodation we didn't even need to contact them, as everything was in order. The cleanliness was great. Absolutely the best location on the waterfront, basically just walking from the hotel you will find everything you need, from the most expensive to the cheapest, we spent very little on Uber. The hotel is great, the access by facial recognition is very fast and practical and has swimming pools, 24-hour market and cafeteria. For your information, in the 7 days we stayed, we paid 87 reais for energy. As a suggestion for the apartment, I believe it would be interesting to have a hair dryer, a full-length mirror in the master bedroom, streaming on the TV, and an electronic lock for practicality.

Excellent location, in the prime and central area of the Meireles neighborhood, close to the gastronomic hub, handicraft fair, a few meters from the waterfront, pharmacies, markets, etc. Clean and organized environment, splits with good operation. The location is great, the apartment is very well equipped and was well organized! Entering and exiting the building is also easy, because it is done through the app, so it is very practical! In all contacts made by message I had an immediate response, in addition to the owner being able to provide early check-in! Super indico!

The location and view of this apartment are just perfect. Lovely sea view and breeze, just across the road from the beach, walking distance to anything you may need (pharmacy, restaurants, supermarket...). The building is super secure and modern, with no keys needed, but face recognition and codes, which makes it so handy not to have to always take and split keys between guests. For the same reason checkin and checkout are super handy. Shallow outdoor pools, so the kids could play with no fear. Padaria/mini market within the building facilities, which again, so convenient. The biggest area of the apartment is the balcony (with jacuzzi, bbq, outside shower...), where we stayed all the time, also for the breeze. The inside of the apartment is "small" (as seen in the pictures), but ideal for what we needed and fast to cool off with aircon. Before our trip the host was super helpful in putting me in contact with a local school for my kids, which they loved. Super recommend this listing

I loved my stay, the very beautiful apt with an incredible view, complete kitchen, clean , bed linen and impeccable bath. Close to several cool restaurants that you can walk. The service regarding the doubts that arose was resolved quickly and very promptly. The place is on the 12th floor of the building, very beautiful, cozy and can accommodate up to 5 people. The kitchen contains basic and useful utensils for the stay we had. The only point to note, which I don't consider negative, is that we could have been informed at check-in that the hotel pool was closed. We only found out because of the notice inside the elevator (the pool/leisure area was a determining factor for renting the place). Otherwise, we had another option nearby, which was the beach, just across the avenue. The apartment floor is very quiet and peaceful, a very positive point. Easy to get around with app cars, both to get to and from the hotel. I recommend it and I want to come back more often, this time with the pool working.

Everything is very organized, 24-hour security, there is a grocery store inside the condominium, a wonderful pool, the host is always concerned with the guests... we will definitely come back more often...

We had an amazing weekend at the house! It is super spacious and well furnished, two bedrooms with air-conditioning and one bedroom with a fan. The house has a great variety of household items, such as a stove, air fryer, sandwich maker and even a coffee maker, which made all the difference for our stay. In addition, the condominium structure is excellent, offering safety and comfort, and the location is simply wonderful, as it is in front of the beach🏝️! Perfect for those who want to take a dip in the sea and go for a late afternoon walk. I highly recommend the accommodation and would definitely come back!

Carolina and Dona Vânia were always very kind and assisted us promptly at all times. We didn't meet in person, but it was like we did. The house is beautiful, great location (you can see the pool insanity..lol) the nearby beach is also a delight. There is a market in front that you can walk to, a pharmacy. It's in a quiet place. We had very happy days as a family. I highly recommend it and would definitely come back.

The stay was very comfortable, in a quiet neighborhood. The place is large and pleasant, and we have a lot of enjoyment of the days we stay. However, some points could be improved. The bathroom windows are very low, which generated discomfort at the time of the bath. Also, the door of one of the bathrooms was jammed and made a lot of noise when it opened and closed. We also noticed a gutter in the barbecue.

The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos: clean, well maintained and very well located. The experience was great from the start — the host was thoughtful and quickly answered all our questions. The location is a great differential: you can walk to Beach Park in all tranquillity. Another point that made all the difference was the washing machine, super useful during the stay, and the air-conditioning in all the rooms, ensuring comfort at all times. Undoubtedly one of the best places to stay in the area. We are already planning to come back!

Great stay. The house is spacious, with household utensils, spectacular view, internet, two TVs, the helpful and attentive housekeeper. It is close to the Beach park, restaurants, supermarkets, gas station... Whoever wants to rest can rent without fear. We'll be back.
