We had a wonderful stay for the week at FMB!

We had the BEST experience at Angie's! The apartment is so cute, looks exactly like the photos, and was probably the cleanest Airbnb I have ever stayed in. Angie is a fantastic and very thoughtful host. She helped accommodate my mother and I on short notice and made sure all of our needs were met. The apartment is steps away from the beach, but I cannot say enough about the lanai with the pool!! My mother had a blast exploring Ft. Myers, and I had the most peaceful and serene experience working remotely out on the lanai. Our stay was a 10/10, and I could not recommend this apartment enough. Thank you so much for having us, Angie!!

Second time staying here. They added the sink in the kitchen! The place is complete, clean, well maintained. I recommend it. Thank you!

Great communication, easy check in

The place was in a great neighborhood. Very peaceful. The place was very clean and just as pictured. Smelled amazing upon entering, bed was super comfortable and clean, and the showerhead was amazing! Irina, the host truly thought of everything when it came to this place! Cute private patio area as well! Would definitely stay here again!

Even better than we could have imagined, the place and location was so beautiful and well kept! It was set slightly away from the busier part of town, so it was super peaceful. The kitchen was also fully stocked with anything you could possibly need for cooking, and the rest of the home was stocked with things for the beach which was super helpful including towels, chairs, an umbrella, beach toys, and much more! The beach was within steps of our place, same with the lovely pool. The balcony had the best beach view and we got to watch all the gorgeous sunsets. Would highly recommend to anyone!!

Amazing, definitely coming back

My family and i had a wonderful stay! The house is beautiful and fully equipped. Nice neighborhood. Close to restaurants and stores. Rhi and Michael were very responsive. We had some issues with the pool & hot tub and they sent someone to fix it the next morning. They also worked with us on an early check in. The no pet fee is also a very nice bonus! The dock & paddle boat was a fun added touch. My husband was surprised by a decently large lizard (about 3 ft) sun bathing on the dock. The dock is surrounded by trees so you can’t see it until you get down to it. We also saw plenty tiny lizards outside & also one in the house. The bicycles were fun too, i only wish there were 4 so we all could have gone on a bike ride together. The only other constructive criticism i have is some of the appliances could use to be updated as well as the kitchen sink/faucet. Also, the outside tiki area/tables n chairs needs to be added into the cleaning routine before guests check in. Saved 4 future stays!

The house was beautiful and had a great layout! Everything you may need was available. I am a bit of a neat freak and had no worries walking into this house. It was very clean and well maintained. The pool and hot tub were enjoyed by all!! Terry was very helpful with all instructions and recommendations. You definitely don’t want to miss this diamond in the rough!!

I’m so glad that several other properties failed to respond to a boat question we had, which led me to finding Villa Agua Vista. Tonya responded to all my questions quickly or would always get back to me when she didn’t have an immediate answer. From start to finish Tonya was super easy to work with. Always helpful and very quick to respond. Definitely delightful and personable - a super host for sure! The property and its amenities were amazing. We used the kayaks a couple times and some of the fishing gear came in handy. The spa and pool were rarely lonely. We decided to replace our usual spring break on the sand with some place to moor a boat and it was great. The house was top notch, all the basic simple things were waiting for us. If you want to find something to complain about, I seriously doubt you can or would. The photos don’t do the home justice but they also don’t lie. So don’t over think it and just book with Tonya.

The stay was amazing. The place was beautiful with plenty to do inside and out. Beaches and restaurants all within a 10-15 minute drive of the home and the beautiful island of Sanibel couldn’t be any closer either. I’m excited to have a chance to come back.

I was very surprised with how beautiful the house and property were. The host was very quick to respond when we arrived at the house and had a few questions. She answered immediately and we were good to go from there on out. The home was loved by my whole family and we all agreed when we come back to the area we will hopefully be able to stay at this home again.

Great stay! The house was very comfortable and livable and the outdoor space especially was large enough that our family could hang out altogether and not feel crowded. And really appreciated Brianna‘s communication! Always helpful and responded quickly.

The condo was perfect for two. Well equipped with plenty of towels, all kitchen items, beach umbrella, etc. You definitely need a car to get to restaurants and stores. My only complaint would be the elevators. Only one working at all times. There was one evening they weren’t working at all and we had to climb stairs to the penthouse. I had to call the property management to come out and repair. The condo area was quiet and beach was peaceful and not crowded. Very relaxing!

We had a lovely weekend here. Spent a lot of time on the balcony that was shaded and screened and had an awesome view of the gulf. Plenty of food and shopping very close. Place was clean and comfortable and well-stocked with everything we needed to enjoy florida.

Katlyn was a great host and the condo was perfect for our family vacation. We love Sanibel and the location near the lighthouse is the best you can ask for on the island. The unit was well equipped for our family and the extra beach chairs and umbrella were much appreciated. We’ll definitely be back to Sanibel for years to come and will look to book here again.

This place was absolutely amazing! All the kitchen accessories, bedroom amenities, and beach stuff provided was top notch. The location right on the beach provided a cool breeze even on the hot days. Sunset views and so many shells. Gulf and pool water were the perfect temperature. We used the bikes and there were plenty to choose from. Gorgeous spot all around!

Our week at Loggerhead Cay flew by! Right away we all felt at home. The condo is just as pictured and it was very clean, beautifully done, and so comfortable! We all loved the proximity to the peaceful beach with tons of shells (and easy to get to the beach chairs and other supplies). Caihlin was super helpful with local info and travel tips and went above and beyond as a host with so many details - including a pack n play which sealed the deal for me since that’s so hard to find (my kids were obsessed with the bunk bed and the screened in porch). The showers and soft sheets were soooo relaxing and it was very helpful to have a full kitchen and laundry available. We loved exploring Sanibel and this was a great, comfy home base for our family.

Where do I begin? We had an amazing week & Rose’s place & recommendations exceeded all of our expectations. The condo is a hidden gem. We loved its proximity to the beach, restaurants, & nearby beautiful neighborhoods with walking trails. Rose was very responsive & helpful. Will definitely stay here again & highly recommend it! What a wonderful place!!! It was absolutely perfect for our family of 6. Had all the things we needed/wanted and more! Great location and beautiful view of the ocean. Easy walk to get to a nice beach. The beds were all SO comfortable. Kelly had a variety of sand toys for the kids, beach chairs/umbrella, and a variety of floaties. She was also quick to respond and SO helpful with the questions I had. Highly recommend staying at her place! Thank you Kelly for sharing your home!
