I had a great stay at the condo. The location is great, easy walk to the beach to watch sunsets and don't worry about driving and parking. I loved the decor and panoramic windows. Overall, the condo is very spacious, updated and parking is ample. I would definitely stay here again if I'm back to Naples area.

Quiet, chic, … and literally cool air. This is one of the best Airbnb’s I’ve stayed at thus far (and boy, I’m a very tough critic). Ana & Marco were amazing, kind and checked in on me to ensure I had everything I needed. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay so I paid for an extra night. Love, love, loved it! 💕⭐️💫

Even better than we could have imagined, the place and location was so beautiful and well kept! It was set slightly away from the busier part of town, so it was super peaceful. The kitchen was also fully stocked with anything you could possibly need for cooking, and the rest of the home was stocked with things for the beach which was super helpful including towels, chairs, an umbrella, beach toys, and much more! The beach was within steps of our place, same with the lovely pool. The balcony had the best beach view and we got to watch all the gorgeous sunsets. Would highly recommend to anyone!!

This was a great place for our week in Fort Myers Beach. The condo was exactly as described. Proximity to the beach was great. Sarah checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. The binder with local recommendations was great as well. I highly recommend this condo and renting with Sarah!

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was super close to the beach and the apartment was clean and well kept. The kitchen had a great assortment of pans and utensils so cooking was easy.

This airbnb was so much more than we wanted. It was beautiful and comfortable. The Airbnb provided chairs, beach umbrellas, and a little car that we could take it to the beach with a cooler. It was perfect, minutes away from great restaurants. Italian, lots of sea food. Ac unit was new and would cool super fast we felt right at home here. If you are looking for a beach getaway in a beautiful beach that's like paradise I recommend this Airbnb.

We'll provisioned, everything you will need they have already provided. Good wifi and a very peaceful place, very quiet. A couple of miles to beaches and downtown. Plenty of restaurants nearby and their pool was pretty good if you just want to cool off. We were happy there and everything worked - showers, tv, AC, all perfect, no problems.

Literally steps from Vanderbilt Beach and Delmore Wiggins State Park. The studio condo was clean and just as described here n the listing. David is a responsive host. I'm from out of state and decided not to rent a car. Just be advised that you'll need to use Ubers to get to shopping and restaurants a couple miles away. Wonderful first visit to Naples.

I’m a Floridian and had visited Ft Myers many times over the years, love the area its people and the beaches…hurricane Ian destroyed a lot but it’s wonderful to see the resilience and hardworking people saving their beach towns from the ruins, sadly lived lost, our rental was completely renovated and beautiful, modern and exceptionally clean, thank you I will definitely return and would love to stay here again.

This is a great place to stay. Very close to the beach and the apto is more beautiful of the picture. Everything was clean and all you need was available. We will can back soon.

We stayed for 6 nights. The place is clean and the location was great, perfect for what we needed - close to FMB and downtown. Our only complaint (which it’s not really a complaint but more of just a heads up) the neighbors downstairs partied until like 6am on Saturday. Earplugs would’ve helped. That said, we would definitely stay again, though! Thanks, Angel! Hope to be back!

We definitely feel we found a hidden gem in Fort Myers, San Carlos is a perfect location for being nearby key locations but also staying clear of overcrowded places. Traffic was never an issue for us and the neighborhood itself is stunning. No laundry facilities but the nearest laundromat sufficed! The kitchen is more than equipped to make most basic meals. The entire unit was very clean and it’s a very pleasant space to occupy. Be sure to ask for extra towels and linens if you’ve got a longer stay. We ended up needing to wash the towels and bedding because of sand, which, we probably could have asked for more of those items during the stay but I hate to be inconvenient for the hosts as they were already incredibly nice and flexible for us. Most importantly and overall, the host’s hospitality, everything the hosts provide, the home itself, the location and THE PRICE made it beyond perfect for the two of us!!

Small, but gorgeous property, amazing views, good part of town. Love the easy checkout, which was simply "lock the doors, we will take care of the rest". Highly recommended property!

mercedes was very gracious—i butt dialed accidentally upon arrival, and she came out to make sure i was set, helped me get inside&was very friendly. the yard is very well-kept, there’s beautiful flowers, and the pool was an excellent touch. the pool space is shared with the house, but i felt comfortable using it and interactions with both hosts were lovely, and minimal. it feels private & like your own! free vacuums in shopping center next door!!! things i search for in reviews: -wifi works seamlessly -close to good restaurants and shops (you have to drive, it’s florida suburbs) -space feels private -everything is clean -the bed was comfortable/good for my back -hour drive to naples -20ish min to ft myers was in cape coral for a sales trip. i had to haul things in and out of the place with no issues about noise, even at 1am/later. a very great stay & awesome hosts. i hope this place is available next time i visit!

There isn’t much to say about our stay here other than hopefully we can stay here again. We absolutely loved it here. Very clean, nice, spacious, and you can walk to several great bars and restaurants. Also, I sent Veronica a couple messages during our stay and she responded within minutes each time.

Great location for Vanderbilt Beach! Nicely kept complex, beautiful accommodations. The host thought of everything. Wonderful experience.

The neighborhood is very quiet. Check in & out was very easy. It was perfect for the 2 of us. I'd definitely stay there again. I had a couple questions & got a response right away. Thank you for having us.

Beautiful clean apartment. The view was amazing. Quiet neighbors. Bed was very firm innerspring mattress. Pillows were awesome and the extra blanket in the closet was nice. Towels were fluffy and huge. Price was on par with neighboring hotels.

Margarita’s place was very nice. The area is safe and location is great for Vanderbilt beach. Nice neighborhood! Communication with Margarita was easy. Thank you for the stay!

We had a nice stay at this Airbnb! It was very peaceful and relaxing. The area around the pool and grounds are beautiful, offering plenty of shade and lounge chairs to unwind. Kathleen was very accommodating and made sure everything was perfect for our stay. We had complete privacy while attached to the main house. We ate all of our meals out, but there is a kitchenette with a small fridge and air fryer/toaster oven. The location was also great and close to Publix and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location—right across the street from the beach. The bed was unbelievably comfortable! The unit itself was clean, spacious, and equipped with the basics (I.e., coffee pot, some beach towels, cooking pans, dinnerware). The pool and hot tub are shared with other guests but we had no issues with noise during our stay. The surrounding area has been really impacted by hurricane Ian and there is a lot of construction and traffic. But the Airbnb itself was very nice, comfortable, and convenient.

We had a wonderful stay at Katie’s beautiful, modern home in Naples. The house was absolutely spotless and everything we could possibly need was provided. The kitchen was especially well-equipped, with brand-new pans and all the essentials for cooking at home. The location was peaceful and scenic, surrounded by trees. Katie was an amazing host, responsive and welcoming. We truly wish we could have stayed longer and would love to return. Highly recommend!
