absolutely gorgeous condo with walkout to the beach. it was spacious and clean and he was accommodating in allowing us to get in a little earlier than normal check in. high recommend this place I will defiantly be booking here again!

Great location, just steps from the beach. Condo is well maintained with new sliders out to the lanai. Furniture is comfortable and kitchen is well stocked. Dave is very responsive and always available for any questions we had.

Where do I begin? We had an amazing week & Rose’s place & recommendations exceeded all of our expectations. The condo is a hidden gem. We loved its proximity to the beach, restaurants, & nearby beautiful neighborhoods with walking trails. Rose was very responsive & helpful. Will definitely stay here again & highly recommend it! We had a wonderful week in Sanibel and are already looking forward to returning! Chris was an excellent host—friendly, responsive, and full of great local recommendations that helped make our trip even better. The condo was absolutely perfect—spotlessly clean and stocked with everything we needed. We especially appreciated the extras for beach days: plenty of chairs, sand toys, shovels, and even a beach umbrella. We loved grabbing ice cream at The Shack and had some fantastic meals at The Lighthouse Café and Gramma Dot’s. Jerry’s made grocery shopping a breeze with their easy online ordering and pickup. All in all, it was a fantastic stay. Thank you, Chris, for making our vacation so comfortable and memorable!

We recently stayed at the Sanibel Harbor condo with our one year old daughter and her great grandma, and we had the most amazing time! Her uncle also joined us for a fun filled Saturday. We can’t say enough great things about this stay. The immediate access to the water via stairs was a huge plus and one of the main reasons we chose this property. It was absolutely beautiful, especially considering how hard the area was hit just two years ago by Hurricane Ian. The restoration and care put into the property truly show. We’re so grateful for the memories made here!

I can’t thank Dennis enough for hosting us. I have been vacationing on Sanibel since the mid 70’s. Awesome place, great host and Kandie and I experienced an AMAZING Beach Wedding! Can’t wait to celebrate our first anniversary next year here. Thanks again Dennis!

This is the second time we have stayed at Roberta’s place and I’m sure we will stay again! Roberta is so accommodating and offers wonderful suggestions for things going on on the island. Her place is clean and quiet and the pool is perfect for hot summer days on the island! I’m sure we will be back!

The condo is very well stocked with everything you need for a beach vacation! Umbrellas, chairs, towels..all there! So nice! No problem checking in. You have your own parking spot so if you have you own vehicle there’s no additional charge for parking it on the property. We walked to Times Square for dinner a few nights and started our morning with a walk to the pier and back. The location is perfect if you are looking for something that is more on the quiet side. You walk right onto the beach which is what my husband and I wanted. I didn’t want to cross a street or walk two blocks to the beach access so the condos own beach access was great! Pool is very nice and refreshing! I highly suggest this condo for your relaxing beach vacation!

I had a great visit atJeff’s place. His condo has all the essentials and was in a very good location with easy access to pool, hot tub, tennis courts, etc. I hope to come back again.

We had a wonderful week at Nancy’s place! It was just right for my husband, me, and our small dog. Location is great and it’s an easy walk to the beach! While small, the apartment has all the necessities. We particularly liked that there is a bike rack and the house is beside a bike path.

We stayed for a month and had a wonderful time. Quiet corner unit, pool was great, beach is beautiful and close enough to walk. Walking paths make it safe. Friendly neighborhood. Super Walmart and Publix very close. Tanya was extremely accommodating, and always available for questions and assistance. We will be back!

We had a wonderful stay at the SoCe flats. The condo was immaculate. The chips and salsa left for us was such a nice touch after traveling most of the day. The location was outstanding. We will be back!

This is a beautiful condo and the best AB&B my wife have stayed in. Paul is a great host and has the condo spotless and furnished beautifully. Pool and Hot Tub easy access and other tenants very friendly. We will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful stay! Our flight got in a bit early and I asked Charlotte if we could check in an hour before check-in time. She responded right away and we were able to get in. The place is neat as a pin, clean and everything we needed. The balcony views showed the beautiful beach. We watched sunsets from the balcony every night. The bed is comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed. The bathroom is large. We had fluffy towels for the beach, pool and the shower. For an efficiency, the condo is quite roomy! My husband and I moved right in and we felt like we’d been there forever. The location is easy access toward the north and Time Square beach and to the south with Lovers key. Equal distance from everything we needed. The area by the condo is quiet, other guests are very friendly. Highly recommend!

I loved this place! We are hoping to stay here again in May. It was just like the pictures but even better. The lake was amazing and it was so quiet and peaceful. Thank you for making our trip memorable.

Would thoroughly recommend Bruce and Patti's condo. It was spotlessly clean and looks exactly like the photographs. Location is excellent with a short walk to many great restaurants and the beach and a short drive to other amenities. Bruce and Patti were excellent hosts and communication with them was excellent. If we ever come back to Naples we would most definitely stay there again.

Our family had a fantastic time at Kevin’s place! The beach was beautiful and just a short walk away, which made it super convenient. Everything in the house was so thoughtfully arranged—it’s clear Kevin put a lot of care into making the stay comfortable. We truly appreciated all the little touches. We’ll definitely be back! Great condo! Came down for a vacation with my two children and my friend and her son; it was great for kids, safe, quiet but with a great pool to swim in.

Perfect location! This place is just steps away from the beach, restaurants, coffee shops etc. Beach chairs, umbrella and small coolers were provided. We usually stay at a resort hotel when we visit Naples and this was our first time doing something different. We were not disappointed! This place is a way better value than staying at local hotel especially if you are traveling with a family or a group of friends. It was perfect for 4 people, with plenty of beach towels/ bath towels etc. We had a small issue with a shower not draining and our host was responsive and fixed the problem within 36hrs even over a holiday weekend. Would stay here again!

Absolutely beautiful! Stay with confidence! Look exactly like photos, smartly organized and lots of great amenities! Loved our stay here! Christine is easy to communicate with and was just lovely to work with!

If I could give 6 🌟, I would. This is our second stay with Holly. To say she is responsive is an understatement! We were thrilled with our stay. We love everything about the condo…the bed and pillows are exceptionally comfortable. We made great use of the beach chairs and umbrellas since each day was filled with sunshine. We enjoyed walking and visited some of the restaurants we’d enjoyed in the past. Watched sunsets from Holly’s screened in balcony and on the beach. It is great to see Captiva recovering. Without hesitation, we would stay in the condo AGAIN! Really a super host!

Great condo with beautiful views and short walk to beach. Pool is nice and access to grill was a plus. Screened in porch was also nice. Will stay again!

Great location near the beach. Had everything you needed for a week long stay. Was helpful and provided us a place to leave our bags before our check in / check out time. Highly recommend if you want to be near the beach and downtown area.
