Holiday rentals with beach access in Fort Myers Beach

The location of the condo was perfect, not too close, not too far from "time square" to do some shopping and get a bite to eat. The condo is beautifully done. It is comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. The king size bed was very comfortable but the couch not so much. The views from the balcony were spectacular and the sunsets were postcard worthy. There was a coin-op laundry area, but we didnt use it. Serge responded immediately to any questions and was flexible with our arrival as our plane landed at 9 am. We did not use the pool, most of time it was a bit too crowded for me but the beach is what i went for, so I didn't mind that. It was also very nice to have the available beach chairs and umbrella, and I say this because people were asking us where we got them from. I would absolutely love to stay there again and even my husband, who is not a fan of the beach, was impressed with the beauty of Fort Myers Beach and location of where we stayed.

This place has become our go to place for a staycation. We keep coming back every year. Love the location, the convenience and Pamela is always so great at accommodating our family. Can’t wait to be back.

I really enjoyed staying here. It was quiet and relaxing inside and out. So easy to park right in front of the place so I didn’t even need to take my suitcase out. Great patio to sit and soak in the sun filtering through the beautiful tree. Bluetooth speakers inside were great too. The host responded within the minute. Very fast response. And the place was priced very well.

Lots of space, lots of sleeping areas, fully stocked, so many towels! We enjoyed our stay so much. Thank you!

Great place to stay if you’re looking for easy access to the beach. Hailey had chairs and umbrellas for us to use which allowed us to spend most of our days relaxing on the beach. The only negative about Bonita is how small it is. We unfortunately didn’t have a car so getting to restaurants was an expensive uber (not hosts fault), highly recommend having a way to get around. Overall a great place to stay!

The studio apartment had a calm beach vibe. It was well equipped for cooking in or out, plenty of linens, and beach accessories. We enjoyed using beach chairs provided to enjoy breakfast on the beach. We used the washer and dryer on-site at no cost with detergent provided. We would stay here again next time we're in Fort Myers.

10/10 stay. This Airbnb had everything we were looking for: -Proximately to a Beach -Outdoor Space -Peaceful/Walkable Neighborhood -Clean -Modern -Access to Beach Supplies There was not a single thing I could critique about our stay here. It had everything we were looking for, on top of the fact that it spotless. I also underestimated how nice the beach supplies would be. There were multiple Tommy Bahama chairs (high quality), sturdy umbrellas, and a number of nice hard-cover coolers. Everything someone would need to go enjoy a full day at the beach. This is a no-brainer Airbnb for southwest Florida.

We had a great stay! The location is excellent—just a short walk to the beach and close to grocery stores. The home is on the smaller side, but it was more than enough space for our group of 4 adults and 3 young kids (all 4 and under). The area is quiet and tucked away from busy streets, which made it feel very relaxing. When we arrived, we did notice that the stove surface had some food residue stuck on it, and the floors felt slick or wet—possibly from leftover cleaning product. We made the host aware, and they were very apologetic, stating this was not their standard or acceptable. They quickly sent cleaners back within a few hours to do a deep clean, which we really appreciated. The host was very responsive throughout our stay and addressed concerns promptly. Having beach accessories and a wagon available was a nice plus and made our beach outings much easier. We’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

What a perfect staycation! We took a bit of a drive to have a bit of relaxation away from home. Anita’s place was wonderful! Firstly, in addition to prompt and warm communication, Anita was extremely flexible when we needed a later check out. Her place was absolutely one of (perhaps THE) cleanest homes I’ve stayed in. Everything is comfortable and the place has a sort of calm vibe. A little lovely thing was that there happened to be quite a lot of towels and an extra blanket…love that. We took a few walks and enjoyed the 🏖️ beach… Grateful to Anita for a wonderful weekend!

The house is a true gem! Beautiful comfortable and it has everything you need. Super family-friendly, everything has been thought to make you feel at home. The pool is beautiful and the summer kitchen is amazing. On top of that Romy goes above and beyond to make sure you have a good time and he’s super responsive. We are very happy we picked this house and we will come back!

We had a wonderful stay. Nice walkable location. Easy to get to the beach and restaurants. Lovely little place. Betsy was easy to communicate with and a great host!

Aaron was a terrific host, he responded in a timely manner and sent friendly reminders throughout our stay. The house was beautiful, it had everything we needed and is very close to the beach. Both of the outdoor spaces had comfortable seating. There was a wagon to put the beach chairs and beach toys and coolers in. The beach chairs were great-they have straps like a backpack so that you could "wear" them if you didn't want to take the wagon, they have an attached pillow that can be flipped over the back when not in use, 2 zipper compartments on the back and 2 mesh pockets on the side. We definitely recommend staying at Aaron's Place in FMB! :)

This home was just what we needed for our Fort Myers Trip! Excellent amenities and comfortable space. Host was very friendly and quick to respond. Great experience, and we loved it!

This property is really amazing and Brianna was an excellent host, on top of everything we needed for our stay.

We stayed at this property while on a spring break vacation with our family. The home had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was a quick, easy walk to the beach which we did several times a day. The pool was also a bit hit with the kids. The only negative to our stay was related to terrible traffic in the area. We were prepared for heavier traffic in the afternoons, but it really limited us in things we would have liked to do. For example, we had tickets for a Twins spring training game, but did not make it due to traffic, even after leaving 3 hrs early. A lot of the food options are also on the north end of the island, so it is really important to plan ahead if you are planning on eating out. Its probably also worth mentioning that there are a lot of food truck options available that don't always show up on google searches.

Our stay at Yenny’s condo was great! She communicated quickly whenever I reached out before our stay and even contacted us once we were there asking if we needed a packnplay! The location is close to the grocery store, restaurants and Cape Coral beach. We hope the condo is available in the future when needed as our stay couldn’t have been better. Thank you, Yenny

This apartment was lovely and spotless. My family and I had a wonderful and relaxing time. The condo is very private and quiet. The beach is very close even though we got rough seas but weather was nice. Highly recommend this place.

Peaceful and pleasant location. Unit was well equipped and very welcoming. Pool warm and clean. Having private beach and easy walking access to State Park was a bonus

Nice condo. Loved the pool. The beach is directly across the street. Plenty of beach and pool supplies available. Recommend that you rent a car to get to restaurants and grocery store.

The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The check-in process was smooth. The location was peaceful, perfect for relaxing. We especially enjoyed being right on the water for the beautiful sunsets.

This unit is wonderfully located, with a beautiful view of the shore. We usually prepare our b-fast & lunch in, then dinner out. The kitchen was very well equipped. It was great to have all the extras for the beach, chairs, cooler, toys, and umbrellas. We are grateful for a host with perfect communication skills, Thank you for that.
