Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Fort Carson

Great spot for seeing a show at the Black Sheep in Colorado Springs. Walkable, excellent hot tub.

The house was just like the pictures. Beautiful decor and very inviting. The host was quick to get back to us with any questions we had. Overall, great place to stay!

We absolutely loved this house. We stopped through on our honeymoon on a road trip from Palm Springs to Chicago. We had our two dachshunds with us and they loved the yard. We made dinner at home, saving some cash, soaked in the hot tub during a thunderstorm, and went to a branch of our gym in the morning, which was only 10 minutes away. We all had a great time and would definitely come back again (for two or three nights this time)!

A group of 4 of us stayed on a hiking trip. The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Even though you are connected to the owners home, you still have privacy with a locked door and sound proofing. It was very easy to still feel like we had privacy. The host was responsive and made check-in easy. It was a perfect home base for our trip, and only about 10-15 mins from downtown. The hosts even provided some snacks, drinks and coffee! I’d definitely stay here again!

This place is PERFECT for families or bigger groups. And only about 12 minutes to front gate of USAFA. So much space, we didn’t even use some areas. The hosts answered all of my questions timely. Could not recommend more!!

Centralized location to all of the things we wanted to do while in CO Springs! Very cute outdoor seating and covered parking was a huge bonus!

This was my family's first stay in an airbnb and it was so worth it! Way better than a hotel, especially with our family size, as there were 7 of us in all. Heidi was a wonderful host! The house is beautiful and everything was as described and shown in the pictures. It was clean and comfortable. We really loved the colors and decor as well! Beds were comfy, kitchen, living room, and bathrooms were all tidy and clean. It was great to have a washer and dryer as well! We appreciated the coffee bar, tea, snacks, and waters. As well as family games and toys for the younger ones. Nice and quiet neighborhood as well. Definitely recommend to anyone visiting Colorado Springs!

This place was perfect! Right in the middle of everything(Zoo, Garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak, restaurants, etc! Neighborhood was very quiet and nice. Jacquie was very nice, helpful and proactive. Instructions in the home were great and very helpful. Great amenities and the outdoor space was great! Master bathroom was gorgeous and we enjoyed our time! Definitely will book again on future trips!

Emilio was a great host along with his place. Very quaint and had all things you’d need. Sport court and air hockey table was a great addition!

This beautiful home was close to everything. The original woodwork and all details were warm and inviting. The bedrooms were comfortable and other living areas offered plenty of space. Frank and Ingrid were responsive and provided everything that we needed. We would stay here again when back in Colorado Springs.

Wow! Talk about an amazing view! Can’t get much better than this! The mountains, Garden of the Gods, the trees and birds. Heavenly just sitting on that expansive balcony. The place itself was also perfect! Clean, spacious, very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed too. We loved the place so much, we couldn’t wait to get back after a full day of hiking and biking. Would definitely return to the area and to this incredible BnB!

Staying with Effie and Joshua for the weekend was great! They were both friendly and helpful. The location was beautiful with a great view of the mountains. It was in a great location, easily drivable to where you want to go. The house was clean, well taken care of and in a quiet neighborhood. I felt perfectly safe in both the house and the neighborhood. Effie was quick to respond to my questions. Very much enjoyed my stay with them.

We loved the space it felt very spacious for a studio and my son loved his extra bedroom space! It really felt like home away from home with having everything we needed, we will definitely be trying to stay again next time we come to visit!

Found Jacquie’s place last minute (do not think that’s typical but we lucked out) after our original booking with a different host was not a good fit for us. The place was beautiful and super clean. Felt homey and was close to a lot of the attractions we were seeing- Pikes Peak, Manitou Springs shopping and hiking the Manitou Incline. The parking was plentiful on the street. The hot tub and fire pit in the back were excellent. We grilled one night and the place is also very well stocked with cooking utensils and snacks/coffee. Clear instructions for everything. I wish I would have found this place months ago when I was doing my original trip planning. Can’t wait to come back again sometime. Beautiful home and space.

The apartment is pretty spacious and sofas are comfy. Peggy and Mark have plenty of signs and notes around the place to keep things clear and tidy. Felt very welcome and comfortable there, would definitely stay again.

OMG! What a great property tucked into downtown. Staying here felt like being “in on” a secret. The town was hopping with spring breakers, but the unit was very quiet overall. The reserved parking space was an added benefit. The unit was clean and cozy with everything at your fingertips. I would say that if you plan to cook in the unit bring aluminum foil. 😊 Again, if you get the chance to stay here, you will not be disappointed.

Gabby always responded quick to all of my questions. The place was perfect for our stay, we enjoyed having a BBQ on the patio. Would definitely stay there again.

My fiancé and I felt right at home. Unique little spot. It was our first time visiting Colorado. Our favorite was the view. Stunning. Our last night there was a little thunder & lightning storm. We open the curtains and sliding doors and watched from the patio. The only thing we wished there were a couple throw blankets to relax with on the couch. We enjoyed the variety selection of books. The host and her co-host (Cody) were very communicative and quick to respond.

Great stay, was very proactive with communication. The kids didn’t complain about anything and I’m not sure you can get a better compliment than teens who don’t find something to complain about.

Fantastic stay. Spacious, well-equipped, and in a beautiful part of Colorado Springs. For a short-term stay near Fort Carson, Jennifer’s place offers a refreshing perspective of the city. Highly recommend.

This Southwestern condo was very cute and comfortable! Zoey was very communicative and flexible with our check-in! We enjoyed our stay and only wish we could have spent more time here!

Loved the location which is between Manitou Springs and Old Colorado City. You are minutes from the COG Train that takes you to the top of Pikes Peak, minutes from Garden of the Gods, and minutes from Red Rock Hiking. We didn't get a chance but we wanted to try the Manitou incline which is right across from the COG as well. We loved Manitou Springs...such an amazing little town with great restaurants and small shops. This house really is an amazing location. The house itself was nice, especially the basement and the kitchen/dining area. The deck and the upstairs bedrooms need some updating. Some new furniture would go a long way. If you are heading to Manitou Springs, this is the place to stay.

I had a great time during my stay here! I was here for 3 months and enjoyed every bit of it. The beginning was a bit rough during the Miller moth season since the windows had big gaps in them letting in tons of the little guys, but after I patched it up I don’t have a bad thing to say about my stay. Cindy the host was extremely helpful throughout my stay and very flexible when I had to extend it a couple days and always got back to me in a timely manner with questions I had. Highly recommend and would stay here again! Thank you Cindy!
