Our family had an absolutely wonderful experience. The location made all of the local attractions such as the zoo, Pike’s Peak or Bust rodeo, Pike’s Peak, Garden of the Gods, and Broadmoor, easily accessible. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and beautifully landscaped yard. The home was sparkling clean and offered every imaginable amenity from games to a projection room to upgraded appliances. Expectations and instructions for everything in the home were clearly communicated which I appreciated. We would definitely like to stay here again next year during the rodeo!

Place was great, nice residential neighborhood. Worked well for our family to explore different things to do around Colorado Springs, and was a great place to hang out and rest up for the day so we could adventure again the next day. Hot tub was nice, and the master suite was exceptional, especially the shower and tub. Plenty of room for our family of 6 to enjoy time together but have space apart as well. Kitchen had PLENTY of pots and pans and knives and cutting boards for us to cook, and we love to cook our own food on vacation to save money. We visited in winter or we would have spent a bunch of time when we were there in the pool as well.

Our 2nd time at the place and we love it. It was perfect for a group of men going to a conference.

We loved staying at Tiffany's beautiful home. The kids loved the pool and the mickey room with bunkbed and slide. The kitchen was fully stocked. Lots of linens, pool towels, etc. were provided. Would highly recommend staying!

Must pick location for families with kids and outdoor entertaining! The space is well thought out for family gatherings. Host has done a fantastic job putting this home together. The outdoor space is unmatched! You will not find a better patio and outdoor entertaining space. Neighborhood is quiet and close to necessary shopping. Host is super responsive and very friendly. House instructions were very clear. Everything was well labeled and easy to use. Great kitchen and indoor space. Highly recommend this home. Heated pool. Great! Hot tub. Awesome! Trampoline, play house. Kids loved it. Back deck was amazing. TV, propane heaters, mood lighting, outdoor stereo, ceiling fan. Bathrooms and showers were really nice. Plenty of hot water. Appliances were great. Luggage racks were a bonus. Would absolutely stay again. Rent this place!

Stayed here for the weekend with my fiance. House was extremely clean and nice, even with it in the city the fence made it feel very nice and private. It's very close to downtown you can walk, drive, and uber only costs $10-$20 from the house depending on the time. Hosts were amazing and even gave local recommendations. Would absolutely stay again.

This home was a perfect fit for us, as a parent helping a student move out of dorms. Great kitchen so we could eat out or stay in as we wished. Washer and dryer in the house, everything super clean and comfortable. Easy to access when we got in later in the evening, and clear instructions and follow up from Jesse. Bright and sunlit. Great stay.

Comfortable, clean and very kid-friendly home in a suburban neighborhood in CO springs. I was very impressed with the amount of amenities for those traveling with little ones: backyard playground, kids plates/cups, toys, books, play pen, high chair, and even an extra low handrail on the stairs! The kitchen was roomy and functional. Beds and bathrooms were clean and comfy. Only unique thing was that the washer/dryer were in a locked area that required coordination with the host to set up a time to use. Kendra was responsive and helpful, so this was no issue at all, just a little different from other airbnb homes I’ve stayed in. Overall a great experience and location, especially if you’re traveling with little ones.

I had a fantastic stay at Gabby and Erik’s place! The home was clean, stylish, and felt like a home away from home. They’ve clearly put a lot of thought into making it comfortable and welcoming—everything from the cozy bedding to the well-stocked kitchen made my stay easy and enjoyable. The location in downtown Colorado Springs couldn’t have been better—close to great restaurants, coffee shops, and beautiful parks, all within walking distance. It was the perfect base for exploring the area. Gabby and Erik were excellent hosts—responsive, kind, and respectful of my privacy, but also available if I needed anything. I truly appreciated their hospitality and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Austin has thought of everything you might need for your stay. He has put thought, time and creativity into each room and the landscaping. He is a true artist. We had a great time doing the treasure hunt , with a valuable treasure at the end. It is truly a unique Airbnb experience. We will definitely stay again next time we are in the Springs!

Great cottage, we really liked the style. Felt at home the minute we walked in. Everything was spotless and the hot tub was a nice feature. We will definitely book again when we are in the area.

The stay at Rolf’s home was outstanding! It was super clean, and very comfortable. And Rolf was super responsive to questions and general coordination. Also, the access to the trail/nature area behind the house was a big plus, such a pretty spot. But, it was the view from the deck that really made our stay. Watching the sun set on the Rockies from the deck is pretty epic.

This was our second stay and was just as happy as the first time! We will stay again if we are ever back in the area!
