Welcome to a cozy little house with lush apple orchard and patio, only 15 minutes by bus from the centre of Oslo. The house is completely newly renovated and modernly decorated with a loft and a full 4 meters ceiling height. Here you can relax in pleasant surroundings both indoors and out, and get the "cabin feel" close to Oslo. There are heating cables in the floor, a large and cozy fireplace that heats and rainfall shower in the bathroom. Outside there is a plating and patio of over 20m2 with barbecue, fire pit, kitchen garden and outdoor lighting.

Huset har to etasjer: i første etasje finner du et moderne kjøkken, stue og et soverom. Andre etasje inneholder bad, to soverom og en flott terrasse. Huset er opprinnelig en stallbygning fra 1895, men er modernisert i nyere tid til dagens standard. Likevel er mye av den eldre sjarmen bevart, og vi ønsker velkommen til en unik opplevelse!

Basement apartment in a quiet villa area. Free parking. Close to tram stop. The place has its own entrance, bedroom, bathroom and living room with sofa corner and workplace with PC screen. NB! There is no kitchen, but fridge, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine (with capsules) kettle and simple service with cutlery/cups/dishes. Bedroom has a double bed. There is room for three by using the mattress in the living room - see picture. There is free street parking in the immediate vicinity.

Huset er ryddig, men bærer samtidig preg av å være bebodd og det vil være begrenset med plass for å legge/henge klær, da skap ikke tømmes før utleie. Det ryddes god plass i kjøleskap, men heller ikke dette tømmes helt i forkant av utleie.
