There are heating cables in the floor, a large and cozy fireplace that heats and a rainfall shower in the bathroom. Outside there is a plot and patio of over 20m2 with barbecue, fire pan, kitchen garden and outdoor lighting.

The living room is quite large and has an open kitchen space. The private veranda is also perfect for enjoying the sun and the view. The apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one main bathroom and one WC with a washbasin.

Simple and peaceful accommodation with a central location. The apartment is about 20 sqm and is located in a new terraced house from 2020. There is a kitchen with induction hob, oven, fridge and good opportunities to cook for yourself. There is a small double bed (120cm wide) and opportunities to use the sofa bed. Walking distance to both tram, bus, shop and train station at Lysaker.

Rekkehus med 8 sengeplasser fordelt på 4 soverom med 2 på hvert. Huset er vanligvis bebodd av pappa og tre barn i alderen 6, 10 og 13 år. Huset er ryddig, men bærer samtidig preg av å være bebodd og det vil være begrenset med plass for å legge/henge klær, da skap ikke tømmes før utleie. Det ryddes god plass i kjøleskap, men heller ikke dette tømmes helt i forkant av utleie.
