Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Formia

Un piccolo angolo di paradiso al Circeo. Abbiamo vissuto un’esperienza che porteremo nel cuore. La casa è meravigliosa curata nei minimi dettagli, pulitissima, accogliente e con una vista che lascia senza fiato, di quelle che ti fanno fermare a guardare in silenzio. È il posto ideale per staccare davvero, respirare libertà e ritrovare calma immersi nella bellezza 🦋. La posizione è perfetta per esplorare il Circeo, ma anche solo per restare lì, semplicemente, a godersi la pace. Un grazie speciale va all’host: gentilezza rara, presenza attenta ma mai invadente. Ci siamo sentiti accolti, a casa. È uno di quei posti in cui lasci un pezzetto di cuore… e già mentre chiudi la porta, sogni di tornare.

Non potevamo chiedere di meglio! La sistemazione è stata semplicemente fantastica: una porzione di villa fronte mare, curata con semplicità, pulitissima e super attrezzata. Nota di merito assoluta al dehors: uno spazio impagabile immerso nella macchia mediterranea, con una vista sul mare che lascia senza fiato. Giorgia è stata disponibilissima e molto flessibile, rendendo tutto ancora più piacevole. Una vera sorpresa… e una certezza per il futuro: torneremo sicuramente!

Splendida vista sul mare , isole pontine e Vesuvio incluse. La terrazza è spaziosa e vivibilissima e la casa dotata di tutti i comfort. Torneremo sicuramente!!!

Giovanni's apartment was very cosy and provided everything I needed for a couple of restful days. The town is very small but there are villages close by with restaurants and shops. The highlight is the location, especially if you want to do some hiking. Above all, Giovanni was extremely kind, bringing me food when I arrived late, and also personally helping me fix an issue with my car. I would recommend this stay purely because Giovanni is a generous and kind person.

Via een heel steil, smal weggetje bereikte we het huis. Wat een geweldige plek! Mooi appartement met alles erop en eraan. Prachtige tuin. Oké, de douche is krap, maar dat gaat prima. En Vincenzo doet alles om ons verblijf aangenaam te maken. Binnen 10 minuten zitten we in Gaeta. En het minder toeristische Formia heeft ook een verrassend mooi oud centrumpje. We hebben 3 heerlijke dagen gehad.

Irene was a perfect host. Greeted us when we got there, filled the fridge with some drinks, and had small breakfast snacks on the table. Place was exactly how she described and she was very easy to get in touch with.

Wir waren bereits das zweite Mal bei Silvia und Alessandro. Es war alles perfekt und wir waren traurig, dass wir wieder abreisen mussten. Die beiden sind sehr nette und außerordentlich hilfsbereite Gastgeber und das Haus ist wunderschön.

A hidden gem in a peaceful and private setting. Close to everything and only 5 minutes to local square and downhill walk to beach. Clean and great amenities. Air-con available although the apartment was lovely and cool and did not have to use the AirCon much. Great for a couple. Thank you :)

This was a great stay and very close to the beach. There is a store right across from the apartment and Max coordinated us a parking spot nearby thatvwr did pay for. He welco.ed us and explained everything about the apartment upon arrival, would recommend this place.

Benedetto e sua moglie sono stati estremamente gentili e disponibili fin dal nostro arrivo. Ambiente confortevole e servizi funzionanti. L’appartamento si trova in una delle vie centrali di Gaeta, molto bello e suggestivo per fare una passeggiata. L’appartamento era pulito, in una posizione strategica e comodo per passare qualche giornata in tranquillità, vicino al mare.

Annalisa was a fantastic and kind host. Pre trip because I had to work some days whilst staying at the apartment Annalisa helped confirm WIFI speeds. The WIFI was actually faster than expected on arrival and I had no problem working for many hours remotely. Upon arrival I was greeted by her and was allowed to check in a little earlier. The apartment is exactly as shown, is easy to reach with ample parking. The apartment is fresh, clean ideal to use as a base to experience Scauri, Minturno and the surrounding areas. There is plenty of options for food and many shops near by for groceries and a pharmacy. If I had any questions Annalisa was immediately available on chat to answer. The host lives above the apartment and also lists a slightly larger apartment on the floor next to this one. This is an excellent spot for the center of town with a great Lido five minutes walk from the apartment. I would not hesitate to stay here again if i visit the town. Thank you for hosting so well

L’appartamento è elegante e molto curato, la terrazza vista mare risponde alle aspettative e Rita è stata disponibile e precisa nelle indicazioni. Lo stabile richiederebbe qualche intervento di manutenzione (intonaco scrostato e pulizia degli spazi comuni non troppo accurata). Nel complesso una buona sistemazione in un luogo in cui è piacevole sostare.

L'alloggio di Klidi corrisponde perfettamente a quanto esposto nelle foto. Panorama incantevole. Pulitissimo. Un po' scomoda la posizione perche' in cima ad una salita ma per una vista cosi' sul golfo tutto si puo' fare . L'importante e' essere in grado di camminare e salire scale . I genitori di Klidi si occupano dell'accoglienza e sono persone semplicemente deliziose !

Monolocale davvero accogliente nel centro storico di Gaeta, vicinissimo a tutti i servizi e ristoranti oltre che alla spiaggia a circa 10 minuti a piedi, arredamento semplice ma funzionale e pulito, materasso top. Marta host super disponibile e gentile ci ha fatto sentire a casa e ci ha dato la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli in casa, delicatezza da non sottovalutare assolutamente. Alloggio consigliatissimo!

We stayed two nights during the Easter holidays and the flat had everything we needed for a group of 4 adults and 3 kids. The flat is tidy and clean, it is spacious and in a good location in Sperlonga, a few minutes walk to the beach, restaurants and cafés. Luigi was answered all our queries promptly. His dad gave us a friendly welcome to the flat.

Scauri è stata una bella scoperta. La casa è in ottima posizione a soli 10 min dal mare ed è arredata in maniera funzionale e moderna. Nei dintorni si può mangiare senza problemi. Antonella è stata un host attento e disponibile. Sicuramente torneremo qualche altro weekend in futuro.

Tutto perfetto, dall’arrivo con ottima accoglienza fino al check out. Tutti i servizi descritti erano presenti nell’appartamento e la comunicazione con l’host è stata semplice ed efficace. Consigliatissimo.

Great location, 4mins to Serapo beach. Spacious apartment with every commodities. The host was very responsive, went out of his way to help my mum and her friend in anything they needed. I hope we’ll stay here again next year. Highly recommend. Thank you Felice and Assunta. 😊

Absolutely gorgeous property with large outdoor spaces! A direct access to the sea from the garden and beach very close by! Tranquil way to spend vacation and relax.

Alloggio corrispondente alle indicazioni, tempi di risposta veramente brevi, Flavia si è fatta trovare sotto casa al nostro arrivo spiegandoci nel dettaglio ogni cosa. Posizione ottima. Consigliata, qualora dovessi tornare a Gaeta, saprò già dove andare!

Monica is a wonderfully helpful host who always responded quickly, arranged a taxi from the station, and provided valuable tips. Someone previously wrote here in the reviews that on a scale of 1 to 10, the apartment gets a 12. I can only agree. Such a beautiful and clean apartment with a fantastic view. We are so happy with our stay at Monica’s place.
