The Garden of Dreams

A peaceful corner in the historic center. Crossing the threshold means discovering a hidden oasis where history and nature intertwine for a unique stay. The house has a triple room and a double room, both with air conditioning, TV and Wi-Fi. Upstairs, there is a bathroom with a bathtub; downstairs (accessible by an external staircase), there is an equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. Exclusive access to the upper floor of the garden, surrounded by greenery and overlooking the sea, completes the experience.

The house is located in the heart of the ancient village of medieval Gaeta with an enchanting view of the gulf. The house has a separate entrance and is equipped with three spacious bedrooms, all with direct access to the garden terrace, 3 bathrooms, a kitchen, a living room, and a dining area. You can walk to the best restaurants and bars. To reach the house there are about ten steps. The house is in a limited traffic zone in July only on the evening of the weekend and in August every day from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m.

The house is 4km from Formia and Gaeta, 20km from Sperlonga and 3km from Itri. The station is 2 km away, and you can easily visit Rome or Naples.

Appartamento all'interno di “Torre Bianca”, affascinante villa anni 70 immersa in un rigoglioso parco con vista mare di 10.000 mq e suddivisa in 3 unità abitative, in un contesto tranquillo ma non isolato. La villa si trova sulla collina sopra la spiaggia dell'Ariana a circa 300 metri dal mare, a 3 km dal centro abitato di Gaeta e a 18 km da quello di Sperlonga. L'appartamento, con ingresso indipendente e posto auto riservato, ha una ampia e panoramica area esterna ad uso esclusivo.

Living Sperlonga

Living Sperlonga e' una bellissima casa con accesso diretto al mare, situata su una delle piu' belle spiaggie di Sperlonga. Siamo in via salette dove un accesso privato con un viale di circa 70 metri porta alla casa sul mare. La casa e' di 90 mq con ampio spazio esterno e giardino ed e' composta da: ampio salone, cucina, tre camere da letto e due bagni di cui uno esterno. Ci sono in dotazione anche lettini ed ombrelloni per godersi in pieno il mare di Sperlonga.

Villa Afrodite

Excellent position close to Naples and Pozzuoli. Both cities are linked by ferry with Ischia, Procida and Capri. The gulf of Gaeta and Sperlonga is only 30 min by car. The house, completely independent, is 50 sqm large and has a unique view in front of the sea, and a huge garden of mediterranean vegetation. There is a double bed and a sofa bed consisting of two single beds. It’s also possible to reach the beach that is 500m far from the house!
