Cabin in the orchard "Borghildbu"

In this place you live at the top of the orchard at the farm Påldtun. Here you can enjoy a nice view of the fjord and mountains. There is a short distance to the jetty. Here you can rent a boat and sauna or take a morning swim. You will experience life in the village with grazing animals and work that takes place in the season. When you stay in our orchard you are free to pick and eat the fruit that is on the farm. Short distance to Sandane city center. We accept bookings for mountain trips/fishing trips in our local area. Take a break and relax in this peaceful oasis. In this cozy cabin you live in beautiful natural surroundings. River and mountain views from the window and on the tarassen. Nice hikes nearby, including Vallestadfossen waterfall which is 500 meters away. mountain hikes are also nearby. Below the cabin it is possible to fish trout (small) in the river. This free. Nearest town is Førde which is 30 mins away. Haukedalsvatnet is about 500 meters away from the cabin, where you can buy a fishing license. Here is a nice place to find peace.

On this former small farm you can enjoy the silence with wild sheep and deer close to the cottage. The new cottage is located a few minutes from the majestic sea cliff Hornelen. The area offers very good fishing opportunities and hiking in the woods and mountains. (There is a folder in house with information, description and maps of the different hikes, trips and activities).
