Caretaker Cottage (2 bedrooms/1 bathroom) may be rented for an ADDITIONAL FEE if needed. The main home has Wi-Fi, cable TV, and billiard room complete with pool table and plenty of games. This is a horse ranch in the foothills of El Dorado county, with a loft studio above the barn. It is comfortably furnished and has a true country feel! The barn and loft is very private & easy to socially distance if preferred. This lovely loft is available to rent year round. Be surrounded by nature and enjoy hiking, rafting, swimming, biking!
