The view from the front windows is of Folsom Lake State Park; the neighborhood is quiet and beautiful. A supermarket is approximately two miles away, as are several restaurants.

Before we built on this property we gave special homage to the Native peoples, and asked for blessings from the spirits to live here. We have discovered grinding rocks, shards of Chinese pottery, and ancient fire pits on the land.

We are fully permitted with El Dorado County (#082189) for a max nightly occupancy of 6 adults (children 6 and over).
