Each room is air-conditioned. The pool is completely for your private use It is 6 km from the center of Foça and is surrounded by nature. We offer boutique hotel comfort with 4 sun loungers, a large pavilion, swing and seating area in the outdoor area. We are waiting for you to make unforgettable memories by enjoying a barbecue with your family and friends.

Our villa with a heated pool, 5 rooms, 3 bathrooms, is designed for a peaceful holiday for 9 people. It has a heated 24-hour pool of 9×4m. It offers a pleasant holiday in a 540 m2 mustakil garden. It is 6.5 km to the center of Eskifoça. It has its own car garage. There are 3 bathrooms. One of them has a large shared double sink and the other two are private bathrooms belonging to the rooms. Our villa has 4 air conditioners. In order to make good memories in our villa, we would be happy to host you.
