Holiday rentals with beach access in Foça

Yeni Foça is a great place to relax your soul for few days. Water is extremely clean and is a great opportunity to do some stuff such as wind surfing. The Apart Otel is new and a really great place to spend some days. From the Hotel to the beach you need just 3 min walk. Around a corner is a Migros Supermarktet and some small vegetable markets. So with the integrated kitchen in the rooms, you have the opportunity to cook for yourself or keep your beverages cold in the fridge. And at the night it is pretty quite, so no noises from the live music bars at the beach. The personell at the Apart Otel is extremely friendly, flexible and welcoming. They manage to change our room to the 2nd floor so we could enjoy the good view at the balcony. Also we checked in earlier than 3pm without any problems If I come back to Foça, I will definitely come back to the Hotel again! Side note: The personell do not speak much English, but they can perfectly handle translate programms. :)

It was a wonderful stay. The location of the house is very nice and peaceful. I can also say that it is better than us in terms of cleanliness. The fact that it is very close to Yenifoçaya in terms of location made our job easier. We thank the host for his/her interest and kindness.

it was quite sufficient as an opportunity, we used the kitchen, we ate our food in the garden with the table they gave us. We were told that the beds would also be checked, we did not have any problems other than that. Ms. Semra was very caring and helpful

we stayed with my fiancée for two nights, thank you very much Mr. Bahri and his mother, everything was as described and pictured, we were greeted with a very warm and friendly face, all the rooms were clean, the location was close to everywhere, the house is available in the hour, it was a very nice behavior. What a lovely neighbourhood, the aroma of fresh bread from the baker, swimming three times a day and eating fish freshly caught. I loved Foça.

First of all, I would like to thank Ms. Semra. She was very kind and thoughtful. The house was extremely clean and we felt comfortable staying in our own home. We were surprised that it was so clean and attentive, frankly, the location of the house was very nice, transportation was very easy, even though we came without a car. There was also a sea where we could enter near the house. We were very satisfied with everything, they were a very polite and caring host, if I have to say again. We also loved Foça, and I hope we have the opportunity to come back. I will miss the breakfast we had in the garden in the morning:)

I stayed with my wife and my 1 and a half year old daughter. We were as comfortable as in our home. We stayed in room 105. There's a small beach within walking distance. We entered the sea from the first place in the morning. We would like to thank Ms. Ipek and Ms. Seray for their help. We'll stay here again. I recommend it.

Thank you to Mr. Bahri and his family for their hospitality. Mr. Bahri was always helpful with his smiling face and friendly attitude. The location of the house was very good, Yenifoça was also within walking distance to everything after parking the car. There was no parking problem, there was a parking lot right in front of the house. 30 minutes to Eskifoçaya by car. We stayed for the festival and had no difficulty at all. The house was clean and met all our needs. We had a very comfortable stay for 4 people. Thank you for your hosting

It is a place that meets your expectations with its great location , quiet and peaceful surroundings in Yeni Foça. It's a great advantage that it's close to the beach , the grocery store and the bakery. We would like to thank Mr. Kaan and his family , especially Ms. Hüsniye for their hospitality.

Korel is a very good host, she welcomed us very well, helped us in every way, we are glad to know her, she treated us like a familiar person, not like a host. The house was really clean, there was everything in the kitchen, teapot, coffee machine, toaster, toaster, all the kitchen appliances you can think of were sufficient, also water purifier, hot and cold, all were available, bathrooms were clean, it was very good to have a bathroom in every room, rooms were clean and their size was very good, also there was a dressing room in two rooms and a wardrobe downstairs. The pool heating was very good and the pool was large. We were very pleased, it was a place we would like to go again. We left happy.

brother Ismail met us with a lot of gulery. Although he lived on the lower floor of the house, we seemed to be staying in a separate house. It is a more beautiful house than the photos. We did not have any problems with parking your car in the house. We felt like we were in our own home. The garden and balcony provided us with a peaceful stay. Thank you for everything. It was an airbnb I would come back to.

Thanks to Mr. Mehmet and the guard who was there 24/7 and took care of us when needed. I had a great time with my friends. We had everything we needed.
