Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. Up to 5 bedrooms you can occupy and reside like the Sultan on the Aegean. Food and party on the large terrace as well as in the large living room in front of the fireplace. Bathing in your own pool, but also on the beach in front of the property. If necessary, the gardener & his wife are available for services (shopping, cleaning, driving services, etc.) for a fee. PS: Location for open water swimmers (25km coast Yenifoça - Eski Foça).

You can find us "a foça house" on social media. Our house is located in a garden with sea views, surrounded by 1.5 acres of olive and fruit trees. The pool is completely private and only for your use. Foça is 6 km from the center and peaceful in touch with nature. We offer 4 sun loungers, a large lodge, a swing and a seating group and boutique hotel comfort in the outdoor area. In the hottest times, you can have a beautiful holiday experience in a very pristine location decorated with fruit trees in a constantly blowing hill. Your 800 square meter area and everything you need is available in our house. 10 km away, you can enjoy the beaches of Yeni Foça and Eski Foça. Gerenköy and Bağarı provide shopping, restaurants and pharmacy health centers 2 km away.

Villa Gabya 1/1 with Private Pool and Garden

Welcome to our Gabya Villa. You will experience your holiday with a wonderful experience with its own private swimming pool and garden. Five minutes by car to Eski Foça. For those without a car, there is a bus stop a very short walk away. There is air conditioning in the rooms. We also have another Gabya villa next to it. Large groups can contact us. We are waiting for you in Foça, which should definitely be seen with its beaches,restaurants and historical places.

You can spend time on the grass in our private huge pool under the trees in a calm environment. We also grow organic vegetables and fruits. You can collect your fresh eggs every morning from our chickens. Our house is 15 km from the old and new foca. There are all the grocery stores nearby to provide your food and other needs We live in the loft independent of you in the loft with my wife. We have received all necessary certifications as per rental regulation.

Our unique detached villa is designed as you can be comfortable. There are 3 bedrooms and each bedroom has its own private bathrooms, 1 work area and an optional hammam and sauna. We have a pool that is regularly maintained 9,30x5,30 m only for our guests. Starting from the 15th, the heating of the pool will be activated. There is a Rain Water purification and water dispenser. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space.

Stone house with private pool in the heart of the Aegean

Our new stone house with pool is fully furnished, 5 hours from Istanbul via the Yenifoça highway, 3 hours from Bursa. Our house with a private pool is located in a quiet area with olive trees. Our house is 8 min away from Yenifoça Oasis marina and 8-10 min drive to private and public beaches. We did not put old and inadequate items to rent, many of our items are new and fully furnished, especially kitchen utensils

Our stay was very nice. Mr. Emre had already called us and given us information about the house. There was nothing different in the house and facilities in the images, everything was as described, everything was very nice, but there were a few flies that haunted us, everything else was very positive. I look forward to the day we will go again.

Be Villa Manzara No: 13

We were traveling for work and had chosen this villa. Unfortunately, shortly before our stay, the booked villa had an electricity problem which was immediately communicated by Adilcan. He also had a replacement villa ready for us and we were allowed to enter the booked villa the next day. It is very elevated so it was very windy up there, which Adilcan had also written before. Unfortunately, you could also notice this inside because the blinds and windows rattled and some leaked. Must say that we were there in January (probably not noticeable in the summer). Otherwise, everything was super already furnished with 3 bedrooms, 2 shower bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen with automatic coffee machine. The bedrooms on the upper floor had a fantastic room height, each room with electric external blinds. Wifi and smart TV were sufficient, as soon as several devices had connected it partially collapsed. We will be happy to come back.

House is incredibly beautiful. Actually it was my dream house. If I would ever have an option to build a house it would look exactly like this one😀 We felt there like at home. Every detail is beautiful. It is the best equipped house we have ever rented for vacation. It is easy to get there and hosts are very helpful. If you have a car you can easily get to many fantastic places. Thank you for letting us stay in your amazing house! It was perfect vacation.
