Mr. Reşat's house was more beautiful than it appeared. We couldn't get enough of sitting in his garden. Not only that, he was a complete gentleman of Izmir and helped us in every way. It was an accommodation we would like to come back to😊

The location of the house is incredible, 7 minutes to the sea. But the garden is so beautiful that you can stay in the garden all day. All the details are incredibly thoughtful. In addition, when we arrive at night tired, the lentil patties and wine waiting for us at home are a delicacy that we will not forget. Thank you very, very much.

Onur is a great host — he was very very helpful, give all the instructions and recommendations, thanks a lot! And the home is cozy and comfy, all amenities and perfect location in Karaburun, just one minute to the beach walk.

The location of the place was close to everywhere. The house was cute and comfortable, the host, Mr. Bahri, welcomed us with a smile,everything was clean and tidy, we were satisfied. I think the only thing missing from the house is the lack of kitchen utensils. It would be better if there were small pots, a few large knives, a toaster and a small oven. For families with children, the toaster should be in every house. Generally, we loved the house and we were satisfied. In addition, it was very good to have a heater in the house for the winter, the house was warm.

Our stay at Mr.Orge’s place was awesome. The view of the terrace was fantastic. The breakfast prepared by Hacer Hanim was the best we’ve had so far in the region! The place was very clean. Mr. Orge and Ms. Hacer were very kind and they planned everything very well. Fantastic place to stay. Highly recommended!

We were very satisfied with our stay in Klimt. All the equipment was immaculate and complete. Mr. Orge is a very caring and hospitable host. It was great to enjoy the view on the terrace in the evening. The only problem was that the internet signal was weak in our room, and Mr. Orge started working on the solution a few hours after we raised this situation. It was our first stay at Teras Boutique Apart, I'm sure it won't be the last time:)

We stayed for 2 nights on 17-19 May. Mr. Faydan contacted us beforehand, he was interested and explanatory. We did not have any problems during our stay. There are places where you can find beaches, restaurants and snacks within walking distance. Karaburun is a 15-minute drive from the pier. I think it is because it is an original stone house, there is a little dampness and the ceiling height of the bedroom entrance is low. In general, I am satisfied, my expectations are met in terms of price performance, and I will prefer it again, especially due to Mr. Faydan's hospitality.

If you want to have a calm and peaceful holiday with a magnificent view. The terrace boutique apart will meet your requests. We would like to thank Mr. Örge for his hospitality, conversation, and treats.

Beautiful place to stay

The location of the house was beautiful. Mr. Bora and his family welcomed us very warmly. Unfortunately, due to our stay at the end of the season, many restaurants around were closed or limited service. The opportunity to swim in the sea from right across the house was very nice. The sea is like a sheet in the morning, but it's usually choppy and mossy in the afternoon. The hiking trail was quite enjoyable. The neighborhood and the location of the house are very convenient for families with children. It was a little uncomfortable most of the time at night due to the dog barking, but I think we had a temporary situation. But overall we were satisfied.
