Eskifoça merkeze 6.5 km dir. Kendine ait araç garajı vardır.. 1 adet geniş ortak çift lavabolu banyosu vardır.. villamızda 4 adet klima mevcuttur.. Şimdiden sizi misafir etmekten mutlluluk duyarız.. Welcome to Eski Foça - the small stone house is located in the middle of the old town by the small harbor and impresses with its central location to the sea (150 m), cafes... The stone house (built in 1877) was planned and restored with a lot of love for detail. A double bed (160 cm), TV, air conditioning with virus filter and a private bathroom complete the room. We can also offer you boat trips and airport transfers for an extra charge. Please note that the garden is shared with me.

Our detached stone house is fully furnished, the pool is closed for use as of September 15, 2025. Our house is 5 hours from Istanbul via the Yenifoça highway and 3 hours from Bursa. Our own private house with a private pool is located in a quiet area with olive trees. Our house is 8 minutes to Yenifoça Oasis marina, 50 minutes to Bergama ancient city. Our household items are new and fully furnished, especially kitchen utensils. A peaceful holiday awaits you in the sounds of birds🪻

Our house, located in Yeni Bağarası village, 8 km away from Yeni Foça and Eski Foça, is within walking distance of the Persian cemetery and Zeytinköy forest area. Our location is very suitable for hiking and plant gathering. We offer a peaceful environment where you will feel intertwined with nature with our gardens, pergolas and fruit trees. In addition, the ESHOT 750 bus passing by our door provides ease of transportation.
