It is five minutes away from Foça. Taş Ev is two independent apartments, one on the ground floor and one on the upper floor, in a wonderful garden with a pool reserved for your exclusive use. We recommend the apartment on the upper floor, which is featured in this listing and has three bedrooms, three bathrooms, two balconies, a living room and an open kitchen. We live in a separate apartment on the ground floor. We immediately solve every problem you report and maintain the garden and pool. Please read the reviews of our previous guests and see that they were very satisfied with the situation.

You can find us on social media as "bir foça evi". Our house is located in a garden with a sea view, surrounded by 1.5 acres of olive and fruit trees. All our rooms have been renovated this year. Each room is air-conditioned. The pool is completely for your private use It is 6 km from the center of Foça and is surrounded by nature. We offer boutique hotel comfort with 4 sun loungers, a large pavilion, swing and seating area in the outdoor area. We are waiting for you to make unforgettable memories by enjoying a barbecue with your family and friends.

🌊 Spacious phokaian house with a sea view Our single room has been updated to a double room. Our house is located in a safe and quiet complex to the sea. It's a pleasant 800-metre walk to the centre. The beach right across the house is the most ideal beach for swimming, rockless, sand-based. Migros supermarket is located right next to the house. The kitchen is fully equipped, and a capsule coffee machine, Turkish coffee machine and tea maker are available for your use. There are 2 air conditioners in the Mulk.

Our villa with a heated pool, 5 rooms, 3 bathrooms, is designed for a peaceful holiday for 9 people. It has a heated 24-hour pool of 9×4m. It offers a pleasant holiday in a 540 m2 mustakil garden. It is 6.5 km to the center of Eskifoça. It has its own car garage. There are 3 bathrooms. One of them has a large shared double sink and the other two are private bathrooms belonging to the rooms. Our villa has 4 air conditioners. In order to make good memories in our villa, we would be happy to host you.

We offer a family-friendly environment in a calm and peaceful setting among olive and pine trees, within walking distance to the beach, bazaar and center, but away from the noise. If you wish, you can go for a nature walk. It is a 10-minute walk to the beach. I would like to inform you that we have a dog on the veranda. He is smart and has been there since he was a puppy, so if you have a problem with this, please be informed that you will meet Pasha, the guardian of the house, when you arrive.
