Sexy Central Flat with View, Home Working Perfect!

This is the flat I live in and it is not a hotel or a holiday apartment! I rent it when I am out of town, I have been living here for 14 years so you will find my personal belongings (no valuables) and a lot of love in the apartment so treat it as if it was yours! The place is artistically designed according to our own ideas. It is located in our single-family house on the 1st floor. It has its own entrance via an external spiral staircase. The surrounding area is very green and quiet. There are many supermarkets, restaurants and cafes within walking distance. The U-Bahn station Kurt Schumacher Platz is 400 meters away. By U 6, you are in the city center in 20 minutes.

With open well-equipped kitchen, dining area and a friendly workspace. Rudi was a great communicator, responsive. gave clear instructions and advice. HIs place was clean, had a massive bathroom conveniently located with good transport links into the city. The bedroom furniture were very old & the single bed very squeaky! A strange taste in ornaments & posters. Could use all facilities washing machine etc if required.

We had a lovely stay at the apartment. It has character, was comfy and very clean. It’s up quite a few flights of stairs which was fine for us. The best thing about our experience was our introduction from the neighbour/ cleaner. Columbine gave us a very warm welcome and made us feel at home. Thanks for a nice stay.

Arne was a fantastic host, very understanding; there was mishap with the keys, my fault, which caused a little chaos and he was very relaxed about it, which was a relief. Besides that, the flat is really nice, very well thought through, it felt like a very personnal space yet cosy for a visiting guest. The cats are gorgeous and very sweet..!
