Ankommen und sich zu Hause fühlen in meiner wundervollen, hellen, eleganten Altbauwohnung (Deckenhöhe 3,10m) mit Stuck in Berlin Mitte (Moabit). Die Wohnung ist individuell und liebevoll eingerichtet und Ihr nächtigt in einem großen Stuckzimmer mit komfortablem Doppelbett (1,50x2m). Die Wohnung ist durch IPR-Technologie absolut frei von Elektrosmog. Außerdem gibt eine voll ausgestattete Küche, Aufzug, Wannenbad und Westbalkon. Die Wohnung liegt nur wenige Gehminuten von U- und S-Bahn entfernt.

Room with own bath at Lake Tegel

With the quiet room comes an own bathroom. It is a 5 minutes walk away from Lake Tegel, near the pedestrian zone with restaurants, bars, shops and shopping mall with cinema. The U-Bahn is 3 min away and takes you directly downtown in 28 minutes to Stadtmitte, the center at Brandenburg Gate. Unfortunately there is a bus replacement at a part of the underground line, which leads to the additional 8min. At Lake Tegel you can relax in the evening with a drink watching the sundown over the lake ;)

Der Verwunschene Garten

Die Unterkunft ist nach eigenen Ideen künstlerisch gestaltet. Sie befindet sich in unserem Einfamilienhaus im 1. Stock. Sie hat einen eigenen Eingang über eine außenliegende Wendeltreppe. Die Umgebung ist sehr grünb und ruhig. In fußläufiger Umgebung befinden sich viele Supermärkte, Restaurants und Cafes. Der U Bahnhof Kurt Schumacher Platz ist 400 Meter entfernt. Mit der U 6 ist man in 20 Minuten in der Stadtmitte.
