Our stay at the host of Laíse was an amazing experience. The fantastic AP, everything working perfectly as advertised, wonderful people at the reception. Tips on places to visit, a wonderful kitchen with everything you need to make your snack or prepare your food (Shared, but all clean and organized). Me, my wife, and my daughter (5 years old) felt at home. The location is a few dozen meters from the beach, and there is a market that has everything you need within a few meters. Also the center with bars and shops is just a few blocks away. Another thing that stands out is the quiet street, even though everything is close by, silence predominates at night, which provides a good night's rest. I'll definitely be back soon! The welcome from Kleber's family was very attentive, we took a long time to arrive and they waited for us with dinner and some provisions. The house is very comfortable, it's on the top floor, I don't think that was specified. Very good service in general, just a little lack of maintenance to the pool, but just a detail. Beautiful vacation and beautiful Barra da Lagoa.

Very beautiful and cozy apartment, very clean with good internet (for those who need to work online), well equipped kitchen and nice balcony. Very clean and spacious bathroom. location is very safe and quiet, has 2 big supermarkets near the apartment, several small stores and restaurants. Beach is located in 10 minutes by walk. Cristiane is very friendly, warm and polite person. She responded me very quickly always.

We love the place, the loft is extremely clean, smelling and well equipped. We were looking for a quiet place to spend the Carnival and we love the neighborhood, a quiet place, not far from the beach, there is market, pizzeria, sushi very close to being able to walk. Fábio is a wonderful guy, super friendly and helped us a lot last day, as we had a problem with the battery of our car and he was super helpful and we quickly solved the problem. I leave here my thanks and I look forward to coming back soon!

in short, big business! is a simple and very functional place. The location is good for tranquility. It needs some repairs to some things like the refrigerator that works but did not generate ice, for example. only negative point for me was the discharge of the private being old. the air-conditioning, towel, bed, sheet and etc were all very good.

We had a wonderful experience! Even though it's not located directly on any beach, access by car is super easy and fast to several of them, which turned out to be great for exploring the island with more freedom. The place is super well designed and equipped — everything is very practical, beautiful and functional. The neighborhood is super quiet, ideal for resting after a day full of tours, and the parking space was essential for our convenience. The available laundry helped us a lot during the stay, and it is also equipped with items that make cooking a lot easier: from utensils to appliances that make it a lot easier. The bed is extremely comfortable and the quality of the bed and bath linens made all the difference. A special highlight goes to the host, Marcela, who welcomed us with great affection and was always very attentive. You can see her care and attention to detail in every aspect of the place. I recommend with my eyes closed and we will definitely return!

It was an excellent choice. The location is exactly as advertised. Best choice I could have made on a business trip. I had complications on my flight and Marcela was extremely understanding with my change of check-in time. More than polite, she was very helpful at all times. I would definitely stay again.
