A casa é a da esquina do condomínio, o que dá privacidade, possuindo uma varanda lateral de uso exclusivo. A localização privilegiada, distando cerca de 100m da praia, com uma passarela de pedestres bem na frente. A vista para o mar é permanente. Para quem gosta, a cozinha é super equipada, e se pode adquirir bons frutos do mar numa peixaria na Vila de Palmas. Também fazer um churrasco olhando o mar é outra boa alternativa. O condomínio é todo fechado, oferecendo segurança e tranquilidade.
