Holiday rentals with breakfast in Florianópolis

We had an amazing weekend at the home of Luana and Mario ! The pool was a great highlight, perfect for relaxing and refreshing. We made a delicious barbecue in the area next to the pool, which is super cosy and well-equipped. Nossa golden loved the space, especially the green areas, where he could run and have a lot of fun. The sway at the front of the house was a special touch, a perfect place to enjoy the wind and enjoy the quiet environment. Everything was well cared for, and we would definitely be back! Great house, close to everything in Jurerê. Clean and quiet family beach. Good pool and barbecue area. I recommend it and will be back again.

Well located house, close to market, make, bars and restaurants; House well equipped with household utensils; The house is very spacious and comfortable, as it has a kitchen, laundry room, living room, dining room, 3 bedrooms (2 en-suites) and another social bathroom, the outside area is huge and super well cared for. The fans in the rooms (ceiling) super refresh and ventilate. Sandra is a sweet person, she helped us with everything we need. Everything was perfect

The experience of getting to know Floripa could not have been better!!!! Ilca is extremely gentle and welcoming, it made us feel at home. The accommodation is wonderful, all tidy and well located, plus it is ready to prepare a super yummy breakfast and is always there to help! Heitor also very requested, took us to the bus station for the return, the couple is a 10!!!! Super recommend and I will definitely go back!!!

Absolutely superb. Stayed here with my wife, our 2 y/o son, my brother and his wife, my parents and grandmas. The house has something for everyone, and plenty of toys/amenities for smaller children. Luciana is a tremendous host: very responsive and accommodated multiple requests ahead of our stay. The house is as beautiful as the pictures show. The open concept kitchen/living extends to the patio/pool area where we spent a lot of time. Rooms are very clean, comfortable and each has its own bathroom. This is not a "made for rent" house: it's a real home with high-quality furnishings and design. Only note is one of the ensuites has a children's toilet and sink which are quite small. Only 80m walk to the beach and similar walk to the main street with two supermarkets, bars/restaurants and other commerce, with all the essentials and good food options. The beach is not as busy as Campeche but not remote either, still close to a few bars and vendors. Would highly recommend for families.

My friends and I had a great stay at Darlan's place! Super spacious, great rooms and the best of all is the social area on the ground floor with the pool table, barbecue and kitchen integrated with the living room. Simply wonderful! The house was also very well equipped and was super clean to welcome us. Darlan and his parents were extremely helpful and attentive throughout the period! Super recommend!!

The house Monica chose perfectly suited our need. We went in a group of 4 people to enjoy the beach and the sun. The location is great, with a grocery store, gas station and snacks nearby (which was great since we arrived late due to the traffic entering the island). The person at the bed and breakfast was super responsive. The atmosphere is calm and peaceful to relax. I recommend 100% for families and groups who want to enjoy Barra da Lagoa beach and the convenience of being close to Mole and the Lagoon, for a nightlife!

We had a great stay at Vitor's place and we are already planning the next one. The reception with a welcome kit with chocolates was a special touch that made us feel welcome from the first moment. The house is spacious, very clean and well organized, exactly as described in the listing. The large backyard, with a beautiful orchard, offers plenty of outdoor space. Located in a quiet area, the house is close to several local shops. In short, Vitor's house offered everything we needed for a perfect vacation experience. Attention to detail and home comfort made all the difference. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a quiet and enjoyable stay.

Jeanine is a sensational and very communicative person! The place is beautiful, great for two people but it can hold one more person, I went with my wife and daughter and we felt super comfortable. It has all basic services nearby and is close to a very good beach, you can walk(30 minutes). In short, if we go back to Island we will talk to Jeanine.

Staying at Ada's place felt like visiting a friend or relative. She is an amazing host and took such a good care of us. Her place is very beautiful with so many cute little details. It was a memorable experience of outstanding hospitality.

The tour was excellent. We very much like the lodging, in a place that was apparently renovated, in the style of apartment. Although it is possible to realize that the building was older, the space where we stayed was impeccable. Host Morgana has always been attentive, responding promptly to questions and offering good tips about the location. There were nearby markets, which was quite convenient. The beach was beautiful and quiet, without crowding or heavy traffic.

Keli & Pedro are two very dear souls and you feel right at home with friends. Not to forget, there is still the quiet and trustworthy Venus, your dog. The house is located on the top of a steep slope with a breathtaking view, which I enjoyed extended at Keli's homemade, extensive and healthy breakfast. I would just go back to you for this combination. But it is so much more, because also the room with a very nice view of the countryside, large windows, the cute bathroom also with many windows. On request and advance notice, there is even the possibility to order dinner in the room. Keli and Pedro put a lot of heart into it as hosts and you can feel and experience it in many details, as well as the great "minibar" like in a boutique hotel. Predicate: priceless!

The accommodations correspond to the listing information. Everything is very organised and clean, the people are very nice and attentive. Congratulations Rosana, Erick and Kátia, you made our stay even more enjoyable. It is definitely a place to visit again.

Great location, lots of bars and shops nearby! Air-conditioned air-conditioned environment, I stayed on the roof with excellent viewing for the sea, 3 to 4 blocks from the waterfront!
