Super happy to have stayed at Juliana's house. As described, everything you need to spend a stay there. Very clean, comfortable, safe and quiet. Close to the beach and markets, it is also practical to visit other places. Juliana was very attentive. I would contact Juliana again for my next stays.

The house is pretty good and easy to live in. The outside area is nice and cozy. The location is coool, close to the beach, the condominium is secure and nice even more with a children. Ana is cool and responsive. We recommend it. One think we found surprising is they locked the dressing in the main room so we have to put our close in other rooms.

The town of Daniela is very quiet and safe, and either by uber or car rental you are close to other towns such as Jureré and Canasvieiras. The host Magda is very kind and responds very quickly to any questions you may have. The house is impeccable, very clean and tidy, it has everything you need to spend a good vacation. I would definitely go back to Magda's house.

We love our stay. The house is wonderful. The extremely warm swimming pool, the very well equipped kitchen (this point surprised us a lot), the living room sofa is the most comfortable sofa I've ever seen, the great and spacious rooms, with air-conditioning in each of them, air-conditioned and spacious bathrooms and beds with built-in massager. The outer gourmet area is very complete and functional. The beach is very close and very nice too. Amazing vacations. We felt at home.

The house is beautiful and very comfortable. It has everything you need. The pool is delicious, they make you want to stay all day and not go out anymore. Nicolle is very kind and responds to everything very quickly.

We have lived a wonderful experience staying at the Fabiano site, it is a very modern, family-friendly, safe condominium with countless services and advantages for families with children (pool, soccer field, basketball, Ping pong, bicycles, etc.), quiet hours are respected, guaranteeing a deep rest. It is located in an area away from the large concentrations of tourists, Morro das Pedras, and 15 minutes from the airport. The house has everything you need and even more to enjoy a stay like at home, the photos fail to reflect how nice and spacious the space is, excellent internet as well as the TV. A special mention to the attention of Fabiano, who was very flexible, helpful and very friendly at all times of our stay, which he transcended without any inconvenience!. Thank you very much Fabiano, we look forward to returning soon!!

Our accommodation was incredible, both for the comfort of the house and for the receptivity of Cynara. The house had a beautiful décor, sheets and towels of great quality, as well as an incredible view of both the sea and the Hercílio Luz Bridge. I even walked to the center on foot, in addition to renting a bicycle to pedal. I also consider access to the beaches easy by car, both to the southern beaches, which end up being closer, such as those in the North.

This is place is perfect for so many reasons. Walkable to a beautiful beach or to sandboard. Perfect hiking trails around and a corner store for all your needs. The city is a 30 minute drive only and it is easy to get around. Our host was amazing and would stay definitely again. The house is a perfect blend of peace and confortable.

We were very happy with our stay. The house exceeded our expectations. For a large group like ours, the house is really ideal, since it is very easy to maintain. The location is perfect, with great connection to the beach and steps from the shops. We will be back!

We had a lovely time at Eléonora’s place! Super responsive and proactive host and the lady that lives on the property was very responsive and helpful as well, buying some groceries for us before we arrived and making us breakfast every day. The house is exactly as described and we made great use of the heated pool, especially in the mornings and at night. The air conditioning was a life saver as it was hot when we went over, but the whole house was nice and cool. The area the house was in was super safe and close to the beach and some restaurants, in a very quiet neighbourhood. We really recommend staying here for those that want to come over with some friends and then enjoy beach time as well as some nice chilled evenings at home! Thanks so much for the stay!

The stay at Adriano's house was great, the house is very well located and easy to go to the beach, restaurants and markets. Adriano always very available and helpful during the stay, I recommend to anyone who is Cachoeira do Bom Jesus beach to contact and stay at Adriano's house!

The home has excellent kitchen equipment (utensils and appliances of all kinds, coffee and mineral water, among others), beach chairs and umbrella, full grill. You can see the dedication to making guests feel very comfortable. We highly recommend.

It is difficult to find the words that describe our experience at Joe's place. It's like feeling at home in a place that we didn't expect to exist. It is not to be in the middle of nature is to learn to be part of it. The house is the complement of this dream, welcoming as Joe was at all times, receptive as everyone who was around this experience. Thanks Joe, you helped us live a dream. The house has a strategic location above the beach, with viewpoints in different planes that allow you to see the immensity of the sea in various perspectives. FULLY equipped and conditioned for a comfortable and relaxed stay. (Paraguayan hammocks, beach silettes, 2 grills, a rooftop and one in the open air) WiFi of excellence. The bathrooms have hot water and very good water pressure in the showers. The fully-functioning kitchen FREE parking for 2 vehicles a block away. Both Jessica and her mother are always attentive and well arranged to any requirement. It is a true paradise and of course it is that after having traveled this experience in LA JOAQUINA, at the time of renting the bara it is very high. WE WILL BE BACK!!!!!!

The house is the same as the descriptions! Gustavo always ready to meet us before and during our stay! We can't use the whole house, but it has a very nice outdoor area, only the barbecue that is inside the aisle, where there is another suite, I don't know if it would work very well, but for rainy days to look great. We were in 4 couples and 1 child, the rooms served us super well, but only 1 of them had no air conditioning, in these hot days in Floripa it was missed for 1 couple. I believe that there may be a modernization in some environments that have left to be desired, which are details but make a difference, some old furniture without a door and a little bamboo, table attached to the well-worn wall of use (may even fall, if it has weight), etc. In short, the house is very spacious and held 9 people very well. The kitchen is complete with utensils available. The house is close to markets and conveniences, it is close to the beaches of Joaquina and Campeche and with great locomotion between the south and the north. I recommend it!

We enjoyed our stay very much! The home is comfortable and offers different living areas so that we were able to share with other extended families easily. Alexandre was highly responsive! When we sent him any questions, he was quick to reply and support us! It really helped ensure we had a smooth stay. Overall, we were comfortable and very satisfied with our stay. Having a pool on site was great and we were able to visit many different beaches in the area. We would recommend this home to others.

The apartment is for six comfortable people. Very equipped, 3 bathrooms, excellent everything very well maintained and of good quality. The complex is very nice and safe. It is located 5 blocks from the beach access and the road is very pleasant. There is no toaster and only a regular capsule coffee maker, the rest is everything and very good. Everything is excellent, we will be back for sure!

I'd like to thank you for hosting. It is the second property that we rent from Jovania. We love the house. Very well located. Really foot in the sand, literally inside the beach. Everything was very clean and organized. Plenty of kitchen utensils. All brand new furniture. Exactly as the photos show. Sleeps up to 12 people comfortably. Jovania's service is always great quick to respond to us and help with information. I highly recommend it and we will definitely come back more often.

Very comfortable, beautiful house, had everything you need to stay. Air conditioning in both parts, plus a fan in the living room.
