We had a great time! Maurizio is a great host, you immediately feel at home and the location is incredible. We didn't want to leave. Barra da Lagoa is beautiful, a safe village and great for walking and reaching everything easily. The Wi-Fi worked great, I worked for 5 days also taking a call, and I didn't have any problems. Great place to stay with wonderful views of the lagoon⭐️ We thought it was even better than in the pictures, it felt super fresh in there! The hosts were super nice and responded quickly to messages🌺 The property is located in an area that felt safe which was also reinforced by the fact that it was an electronic gate to get into the property! excellent accommodation, great very kind hosts, we feel at ease as if we were among friends. the location is perfect very close to the beach (+or-50 meters). the property was very clean and organized. it has everything, bed and bath linen. in addition to the necessary utensils and electros and furniture. a small house that perfectly accommodates 1 couple with 2 children or even 4 adults, it is 2 double beds (comfortable). shower and very good refrigerator (in our opinion the main items for a good stay), 2 new air conditioners, and all items working perfectly as well. I recommend and would stay at this home again.

We spent a simply unforgettable weekend. The experience exceeded all our expectations! The place is surrounded by nature on all sides — we wake up to the sound of birds, we see monkeys up close (and they even come to eat out of our hands!), we walk to the jetty to enjoy the lagoon, and at night we enjoy a bonfire under the starry sky and with the right to a whirlpool. The cabin is cozy, clean and very well equipped, with every detail thoughtfully considered. It was a real break from the routine, in an environment of peace, silence and beauty. We thank the host couple immensely for the warm and attentive welcome. You made us feel at home from the first moment. We sure want to come back soon!

Perfectly perfect! Excellent location, accommodation, I will definitely come back again. The only “problem” was that the gas ran out during one night and I couldn't use the hydro much, because the water wasn't heating up! It was only resolved the next day, and even then, that wasn't enough to give a lower rating! We loved everything.

The Chalet is as described in the photos. Comfortable and very charming. It has a retro vibe. The Host is super clear in your instructions leaving no doubt. Sure is a unique experience. There are 3 houses that divide the land, but do not influence negatively if you do not bother. I recommend it for people looking to live a unique experience, in a retro vibe and looking for a location away from the noisy, urban streets.

The stay was very good, I was surprised by the house, despite being small internally, the top and garden greatly increase the space that can be used. A casa eh ideal for a couple. The street is a little noisy, but nothing too out of the ordinary. We had a small accident with the stalk that takes the upper part, never release the lock without holding the door, as you risk it falling in less than 1s. Other than that, our stay was otima.

Alugue was a very responsive host. He quickly addressed any questions or concerns we had. The space was small but comfortable and cute. The cats on site were very friendly and adorable.

This is a hidden gem - this should be your first choice if you are intending on staying in Floripa! Stayed for two months and was tough to say goodbye after getting a routine and becoming somewhat of a local. The hosts were extremely attentive and went above and beyond whenever an issue arose. I would highly recommend staying at this property for the proximity to the beach and quality of the villa! Thanks again for the incredible stay!

We loved the stay! The space served both of us and our little dogs very well. It is very close to the beach and in the vicinity there are several options of restaurants, cafes, pharmacy, market, most of them within walking distance. Andressa was very attentive. It's a great option for those with pets. The photos are exactly what the space looks like. We will definitely be back!

It exceeded our expectations. The house was spotless. We felt at home. The place is private, with super pleasant and comfortable accommodations. Clean furniture and utensils. Everything was organized and very helpful. We don't miss anything. We live incredible moments in this house. The Host is super attentive and very dear. I and my wife love so much to spend a few nights in the loft. We would definitely go back. Super recommend.

Gênio is very good people!!!left a beer ,bananas (which we share with the marmosis hehehe ,unpayable to wake up and see them )water in the fridge...details and kindness that make a difference....including the Phebo soap that perfumes the entire bathroom !! Place of peace and nature .Recomendo !

The stay with Tathiana was great, she was attentive and provided all the necessary information. The house has a good space and is great for staying with the family! It's close to everything, the beach, market and pharmacy. The period we stayed there was great.

It really was a pleasure to stay in the chalet of Airton and Bernardette, the place is really beautiful and connected to nature, everything was very well thought out to spend a few days of disconnection in a magical environment, away the best Airbnb hosts, they are very warm and friendly, they are worried and always pending, I would come back a thousand times and I would recommend them to everyone, it is very private and you can see an infinity of fauna. Thank you for everything, I definitely hope you in Chile ♥️

dago was fantastic, got in touch before, as it would release our check in early, and still got me out of the traffic of bombs, extremely proactive. even without informing time of arrival, he was at the door waiting for me, he provided tips of places, as well as having plasticized tips in the suite. besides being all beautiful, an impeccable care with linen, ambient aromatization, cleaning, kitchen courtesies, and 3 beautiful and playful puppies, but they are in separate space In fact, it's ideal for nuptials. i've been asked for directions and I've promptly recommended you, a fabulous place and host. The location is very good, is 15 minutes' drive from Joaquina beach, near campeche, Lagoa da Conceição 5 min, entee other nearby points that have bakeries and nearby markets. Obg for all the affection and attention with the smallest detail, we take your little card with a lot of love, thank you for warming our hearts with your lodging and affection ❤️

Our stay was excellent during the two months we stayed. Zenaide is very friendly and helped us with all the questions we had. The container was just as described in the listing and had all the amenities we needed to work and also relax, everything was clean and fully equipped. In addition, it is in an excellent location, in a very safe area near a supermarket, a mall, a gym and several restaurants. Also a few minutes from the beach!! When I return to Floripa, I will definitely return to this accommodation.

We loved our stay at Affonso's place! It was the perfect place for us to relax in the hammock amongst the lush garden on the property. You can tell so much love and creativity went into this house. We loved being able to get to the beach in just a few minutes walk from the house or ride the bikes around to the market or other parts of town. Affonso is also an extremely helpful and responsive host. He went above and beyond to help us with some travel documents we needed for Guatemala and made sure we got them in time. We cannot thank him enough for his help and for hosting us!
