Holiday rentals with a pool in Florianópolis

We went in 11 and the house accommodates a lot of people very well and has a great cost benefit! The land is very large and the "common area" of the house is very large as well. We like it very much!

The house is pretty good and easy to live in. The outside area is nice and cozy. The location is coool, close to the beach, the condominium is secure and nice even more with a children. Ana is cool and responsive. We recommend it. One think we found surprising is they locked the dressing in the main room so we have to put our close in other rooms.

Our stay at the house was excellent. We loved it from the start - it's very comfortable and comes with everything you need for a perfect vacation. The pool is as shown in the pictures, ideal for relaxing and refreshing. In addition, the location is very convenient, just four blocks from the beach, which allows you to walk without any problem. The host was very nice and attentive throughout our stay, always ready to respond to our requirements quickly and cordially. Definitely a highly recommended experience. We would definitely go back!

Perfect house, we went with the family and we felt at home! Fully clean, organized house, clean bed linen, towels too! Uncleaned Pool, not to mention all household items and even appliances! The place, no words. Everything is impeccable, in perfect condition, everything you need and more, everything is very technological and easy to use. And of all things there is more than one option, that is two kitchens, two electric turkeys, two sets of crockery etc. When we saw it on the page we seemed pretty, but when we met it we really ran out of words. Better than a hotel, and 2 blocks literal from the beach. (note that it has everything for the beach, umbrella, repository, cart, boards). On the barbecue it has a special fridge for the beer, imposing. Karine and her husband, generosity and immense attention. They resolved all our concerns and were always attentive to making everything easier. We had to stay one more night because of a car problem, and they made everything a lot easier. Our stay at Mauricio's apartment was great! I recommend staying there. It has all the necessary appliances, everything is very modern and comfortable. A few steps from the main center of English and the beach. The air conditioning didn't work the first day and they fixed it quickly. We would definitely stay there again!

From check-in to check-out everything went off normally and quickly. The apartment matches the photos presented in the listing, and the condominium where the apartment is located is great. The beach access through that walkway surrounded by native vegetation is spectacular. Helen has been very helpful since our arrival, always proactive indicating us places to visit and restaurants nearby. Everyone in my family loved the days we were there. Anyway, I can summarize in a few words my satisfaction: As soon as I can, I will take no effort to return.
