Holiday rentals with a home theatre in Florianópolis

Amazing stay in an amazing apartment. Well equipped, Cold beer in the fridge, pods for the coffee maker, were a lovely touch. The host is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The apartment is as described. The location is superb, the amenities, including hot and cold pools, sauna and Jacuzzi are squeaky clean. The facility provides beach chairs and umbrellas makes for an easy trip to the beach, which is a few minutes walk away. Would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a beautiful beach vacation.

The place is extremely pleasant and quiet. And he and his uncle left the room ready and pampered in the fridge. The pool is an excellent differential. The two air conditioners operate excellently. The concierge and facial recognition service make it easy and we didn't have any problems. The easy-to-use washing machine. I think that with 3 days left to end the stay we had problems with the TV box and we were unable to see movies, so I had to use my notebook. But nothing that impacted the stay. Ah, parking with numbered space and control for opening the gate are excellent points as well. Thanks!!!

The apartment is just like the photos. The condo is a beauty. It would be missing a quincho for several people and it would be perfect ! The place had everything I needed! I'm sure I'll be back next year! At any inconvenience, the host was quick to respond and resolve immediately! I recommend it!!

The home was very good, we went in 9 people and we were all well installed. The house is in a good location, close to the English beach and with options of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. I recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay! The house is great and very complete. Two air-conditioned rooms, very well equipped (bedding, pillow, blanket, towels), overlooking the canal and space for a home office. A little living room overlooking the canal, too, a TV room with smartTV and air-conditioning, excellent Wi-Fi, a full kitchen. Two bathrooms (one inside the house and one next to the house, which we loved) and three showers (one in each bathroom and one on the street). The house is very close to Centrinho, the main beach and the small beach (about 5 minutes' walk to everything). Communication with the host is excellent (he responds immediately), the organization for receiving guests is great (they sent us all the necessary information and several tips in a compilation). We left the car in the public parking lot, which is about 5 minutes from the house and was super quiet. In addition, our stay was graced by the presence of Abacaxi, a very cute and kind kitten. We will definitely be back ❤️

The apartment is as described and shown in the pictures. The complex where it's located is perfect. Quiet, super safe, with excellent amenities and for us in the most beautiful area of Campeche. The gym is by far super complete. The pool is beautiful even with lifeguards. The order of the place makes the coexistence with the neighbors perfect. The access to the beach is the best and being independent, it makes this one not full of people. For us, the nature and care of the environment that you see in this part of the island, makes Campeche unparalleled. The complex is located near supermarkets, pharmacies and service areas. Walking around is beautiful. Surely if we have availability next year we will return there.

We were delighted with the condominium… very safe, very close to the beach … the beach area in front is beautiful … the water was impeccable … the apartment is very nice and comfortable… it has everything you need for a family stay … it even has a 24-hour MARKET inside the condominium … Eduardo's attention was excellent! We spent amazing days. Five highlights: 1) The vibrancy of the place is very good, 2) The location is privileged because it is outside of the great common traffic jams in Floripa on seasonal days, 3) The condominium is quiet and safe, 4) The apartment was in perfect order and super comfortable, 5) The view is inspiring and unforgettable. In addition to the host being extremely courteous and considerate. Great!!!!

The accommodation is much better than expected! We went with our twin children, who are almost 3 years old, and the condominium is ideal for spending a beautiful vacation with small children!!! The pool is amazing, it has another indoor pool with heated water for cold or rainy days, the condominium has a super well-equipped and new gym, playroom for children with entertainment service, market, sauna… everything a resort can offer but with the convenience of being in a very well-equipped apartment. It had an airfryer, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, sandwich maker, coffee maker, electric kettle, etc… the barbecue area is super nice and has an ocean view. We felt right at home. The beach (Ponta das Canas) is a delight, clean water, plenty of sand, not as crowded as other beaches, in addition to having the service of umbrellas and chairs from the condominium. Our only complaint is that we couldn't have stayed longer, but we will definitely return to this place!!! If you're going with kids, don't think twice!!

Condo is a pleasure - it has a game room, pool, gym, a 24 hour market, parking and direct beach access. 🏖️ The beach is paradisiacal, with warm and transparent water, and it is also quiet, without agglomerations. Perfect location. Monica was an exceptional host - the dialogue was always fluid, friendly and respectful. Wonderful stay for our group of 6 adults, 1 child and 1 pet! The property is amazing, with comfortable mattress, impeccable bedding, hot tub and jacuzzi. The residential complex is beautiful and complete, with tennis and football, playground, saunas and an exceptional structure. The beach is close, with calm sea, ideal for walks.
