Beach condo holiday rentals in Florianópolis

Our stay was perfect! The apartment is very well located, close to the beach, with a sea view from all windows. Several restaurants and shops nearby, we don't even need a car, we go out for a peaceful walk in the neighbourhood. The interior, in addition to being very well decorated, is in excellent condition, with only some natural wear and tear. Check-in was easy but still safe, and the host was very helpful in answering us. We've saved your profile for future trips!

Our stay was wonderful, the apartment is very comfortable and very well equipped, excellent location and has a tremendous view. Close to everything, supermarkets, shops and the beach. Francis and Katy welcomed us very kindly. We certainly enjoyed our stay to the fullest. 100% recommended! We are very convinced that we will return!

Stayed here for a month and had a great stay! Super well located in Novo Campeche and a short walk to the beach. Wifi worked great for working from home and I had everything I needed for my stay. Would recommend this place to anyone!

This place looks exactly like the photos. You have a beautiful view of the mountains and pasture with 2 horses. Then you have a nice pool and a short walk to a magnificent beach, Campeche. I would highly recommend staying here. Also, Renata is a fantastic host. She was super helpful, friendly and responsive to everything. Her and her husband went above and beyond to make everything nice for us during our stay. They even put in a new washing machine the same day as the original one broke during our stay. They are the best!

Literally the best Airbnb I have ever been in my life. I felt completely at home. Super comfortable, cozy, surrounded by nature, and obviously a lot of attention and affection were used in decorating the house, beautiful plants, wonderful bathroom, tasty room, and overall great. The accommodation is very comfortable, as shown in the photographs. The area is very safe, and it is also meters from the beach. Marina is an excellent host: she is always pending and resolves any concerns as soon as possible.

Really nice place. Sober of the other complexes of the area. It has excellent service on the beach. It has restaurant where to order for lunch or drinks/drinks. The pool is excellent. The complex has security and exit to the beach. Let's go back. We loved the Catholic images in the apartment From the Blessed Virgin to the Bible on the table or the rosaries in the rooms.

Everything was perfect and Jhonson always answered our questions and resolved our concerns immediately. The house is on the beach in a prime location in English.

Morgana and Katiucia are definitely super hosts! They were available for the entire stay and helped me with extra requests. The place is also very good, large, comfortable, great direct access to the beach and with all the necessary items for a long stay, which was my case. The only point I didn't like very much was the noise of vehicles passing on the street. But that was something more personal from me. My family didn't even bother.

Luciano is a great host and the place is wonderful. Super close to beach and has all amenities including outdoor pool, heated indoor pool, amazing sauna an even restaurant inside of the condominium. The food and service was super great. The best touch was the view from Luciano place, right onto the ocean. The apartment is located facing the East and you can see the sunrise everyday. Very beautiful! We had breakfast, lunch and dinner outside every day just to enjoy the view.

the apartment is very beautiful , it has everything you need. The condominium is beautiful with an incredible pool, the only thing I don't like is that the children's play area is very far from the common areas such as pool and rest places. The hosts were extremely attentive and provided me with a crib for my baby.

Condo is a pleasure - it has a game room, pool, gym, a 24 hour market, parking and direct beach access. 🏖️ The beach is paradisiacal, with warm and transparent water, and it is also quiet, without agglomerations. Perfect location. Monica was an exceptional host - the dialogue was always fluid, friendly and respectful. He helped us with all our doubts and was very flexible with our arrival. ✨ We definitely recommend it and would definitely come back.
