Monthly Rentals in Flatirons

Enjoyed a wonderful 5 week stay. Unit was exactly as shown and is immaculate. It was very easy to walk to Pearl Street and many great restaurants. Host was very helpful throughout.

Comfortable, modern, warm and cosy. I stayed here for 5 months and enjoyed it very much. Quiet location despite proximity to CU student accommodation. The only drawback for a long stay is that the kitchen facilities are limited, for example one burner hob and no oven. Location is 15 mins walk to downtown Pearl Street and also to the university. 5 mins walk to the nearest hiking trail!

Excellent location within walking distance of picturesque nature trails and a healthy grocery store. Very comfortable living space that is super clean and has everything you need for an extended stay. Erik and Toby are kind and helpful hosts. Highly recommended!

The apartment was comfortable and convenient to everything. My favorite part was the beautiful view of the flatirons. The sunrises and sunsets were spectacular.
