Walk 1 km into the valley, along the gravel road. Ortnevik is located on the south side of the beautiful Sognefjorden. With road access along the fjord from the west and ferry connection from Vik and Nordeide.

Cabin in the orchard "Borghildbu"

In this place you live at the top of the orchard at the farm Påldtun. Here you can enjoy a nice view of fjords and mountains. There is a short distance to the jetty. Here you can rent a boat and sauna or take a morning swim. You will experience life in the village with grazing animals and work that takes place in the season. When you stay in our orchard you are free to pick and eat the fruit that is on the farm. Short distance to Sandane city center. We accept bookings for mountain trips/fishing trips in our local area. Panoramic cabin overlooking Eggenipa

Hjelle Panoramahytter offers accommodation in a unique mini cabin among scenic surroundings, perfect for those who want a cozy and relaxing experience close to nature and traditional agriculture. Panoramic views of the mountain Eggenipa "Norway's pyramid". The cabin is equipped with a small kitchen, bathroom with a chemical toilet, bed for two and seating in the lounge. Water tank and simple cooking facilities. Here you have easy access to hiking, fishing, and other outdoor activities in the area.

Spacious apartment situated central in beautiful Flåm. About 500 meters down to the village center where you find restaurants, shops, grocery store, Ægir brewery and pub, Fjordsafari, Fjord Sauna and Flåm railway. The apartment is perfect for couples or families. We have 3 separate bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a kingsize bed (180x200 cm), bedroom 2 has two single beds, and bedroom 3 has one single bed. If you are looking for a central but quiet apartment with a stunning view, this is the place to be.

Side by side with the apple trees in an old, organic orchard – the oldest part on our farm, «Fretheim Gard» – you'll find it: Beautifully situated by the fjord in Flåm, only a short walk from the center of Flåm and station area. The cabin is architect-designed by Stiv Kuling and was completed in 2023. It's built entirely of Norwegian pine. A modern, bright, and comfortable cabin with stunning views, a peaceful location, and close to hiking trails and natural attractions.

Flåm Retreat - Exclusive and sustainable mini-house

Flåm Retreat's minihouse is a sustainable and exclusive cabin designed by Snøhetta, with a focus on reducing human impact on nature. Enjoy panoramic views of Flåmsdalen, tranquility, and some of the world’s most stunning scenery. The mini-house has two double beds and sleeps four comfortably. A fifth guest can use the sofa bed for NOK 250. From May to September, we require a 2-night minimum stay. Single-night gaps will be released as they become available.

The cabin is one of 4 self catering cabins/rorbuer beautifully situated on the waters edge a 5 min walk from the Flåm railway station/harbour. Best location in Flåm with panoramic views. The use of a boat with a small outboard is included in the price, unfortunately not in winter. WiFi, Satellite TV, Bluetooth speaker, wood burner, dishwasher, clothes washing machine, microwave plus fully equipped kitchen. Free private parking. Australian/Norwegian hosts.
