Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Fischbachau

We spent an extended weekend in this beautiful and modern accommodation and felt completely comfortable. The absolute highlight was the indoor pool – in the rather bad weather, it was just the thing to still create a holiday feeling. The water temperature was constant between 31 and 34 degrees, which made swimming particularly pleasant. The house was very clean. Mariola was very friendly and accommodating. She offered and provided us with a mobile cot, which we greatly appreciated. The sauna in the basement was also great, it needs a little while to get really warm, but if you have a little patience, it will be a really nice sauna experience. The size of the sauna allows several people to relax at the same time. Unfortunately, we could not really use the outdoor pool due to the weather, but in better weather this would certainly have been a highlight. All in all, a very nice stay.

Accommodation was very nice. It was a little warm, but there were also two fans. The furnishings were great. Everything was clean. Nothing was missing. Hosts were very kind and accommodating. We were on the road a lot and it was always pleasant to come back to the accommodation. Very cozy.

We spent our "honey moon" in the beautiful holiday home with Sabine. Sabine welcomed us so warmly and provided us with great information. The holiday home is beautiful and furnished with a lot of love. The location is outstanding. Directly on the Alpbach and only a few minutes' walk from Lake Tegernsee. Shopping is right across the street. Dear Sabine, we thank you for our unforgettable holiday 🤩

Our family had a wonderful few days at Anna's home. The home is very nice, charming and has everything you need, and the location can't be beat - walkable to several restaurants within minutes. We loved spending afternoons on the porch. Anna was a great host and communication was great. Would definitely stay again!

Her place was great and it accommodated 5 Adults and 3 children very well! We were extremely pleased!

We had a great holiday here! You feel immediately arrived and nothing is missing, everything is very clean and prepared with a lot of love, it doesn't get any better! The highlight is, of course, the large heated pool. The town of Rott was also the perfect starting point for many excursions in the area and you will find everything you need there as well as many beautiful restaurants. We were guests of Maria and Josef for an extended hiking weekend. I can only agree with the previous reviews - we had a wonderful AirBnB experience in the best sense, as it was originally intended! You will occupy the upper floor of the detached house - enough privacy, but also "family connection"! Maria and Josef have a big heart, are very friendly, open and helpful and gave us great tips for our hikes. The rooms are spacious, super clean, furnished in a traditional style, you have a great view everywhere, the balcony offers space to eat. The location is very quiet and surrounded by nature, yet you are only a few minutes' drive from the village for shopping or the motorway and can also reach more distant destinations quickly. There is plenty to explore in the area, from easy walks to challenging summit tours! We immediately felt comfortable and welcome and would come back without hesitation!

This apartment was great to be in. Two large good rooms, which was perfect as we travelled with small children. Otherwise, the area is incredibly beautiful, and we really enjoyed being there.

It was so comfortable and peaceful. She had a very beautiful space for us, and made sure we always have the things we needed. She even took us on a little drive and showed us around the area! It was so lovely!

Perfect place to calm down and take few days in nature. Geraldine and her husband are super relaxed and supported when ever possible.

We had a very nice stay at Sabine's place and would be happy to come back. Sabine is a very warm person and was available for questions. The place is cozy, clean and especially the kitchen is super equipped. We felt very comfortable.

We had a nice time at Jules and Alex's. The apartment was very clean, super equipped and very modern - we lacked nothing. The location is beautifully quiet, perfect for relaxing, and the hiking trails are nearby. Check-in and check-out were also completely uncomplicated. Highly recommended accommodation and would love to come back.

We immediately felt comfortable in Iris' apartment. From the first contact, everything went smoothly and without complications. Our wishes and requests were gladly fulfilled. The apartment is small but nice - it has everything you need for a nice time for two at Lake Tegernsee. Particularly noteworthy is the very well-equipped kitchen and the lovingly selected breakfast for the first few days! Iris thinks of so many little things and is super accessible at the same time if you need something. We will definitely come back! Highly recommended :)

Great coms, met on arrival, private parking space at the door of a one bed ground floor flat. Located in a quiet residential area, 20-30 min walk to the town, with shops close by. Well presented apartment, with comfy beds, cozy living room and well equipped kitchen. Everything was perfect for a few days exploring Bad Tölz and the surrounding area. Highly recommended!

Everything as described, Stephanie responded very quickly and the apartment has a personal touch. The location is of course great. Check-in is in person and you don't just get a key code, which we like. Everything was also provided for our child. There were plenty of towels and a small basic equipment in the kitchen such as tea, coffee, oil, muesli and milk.

This was one of our best stays so far. The place offered a fantastic view of the mountains and the city,sunset views are mystical and must not be missed. The house was spacious, cozy and had all the required amenities. Cristina and Ernst were great hosts and made us super comfortable. They were quick in their responses and humble in their approach. Our stay in the modernly furnished house on the river in Gmund am Tegernsee with our two children (10 and 6) was completely successful! The apartment is well equipped – from the fully equipped kitchen to comfortable beds to towels, everything was available. The contact with the hosts was extraordinarily nice and straightforward. Questions were always answered quickly and competently, so we immediately felt welcome. The location couldn't be better: In the immediate vicinity there is a supermarket, various restaurants, banks and even a pharmacy. For excursions or day trips, the transport connection is ideal – the bus stop and train station are within walking distance. Thanks to the guest card, we were able to leave the car all week. There was a lot to discover around the Tegernseer Valley (Wallbergbahn, Schliersberg Alm with summer toboggan run, Blomberg, etc.). We can recommend the apartment at any time. Thank you for the wonderful time!

The place was absolutely top! Very clean, lovingly and comfortably furnished – you can tell that the landlords really make a great effort. There were small attentions and surprises that made the stay special. A note: To get to the apartment, you have to go through the hallway of the private apartment – this may not be ideal for everyone, but it did not bother us. Overall definitely recommended – we felt very comfortable!

The apartment was great, visually and the amenities were very good. The location to Lake Starnberg was also very suitable for us.

The apartment is well located for both hiking in the surrounding area and access into Innsbruck. The apartment itself was spacious and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen. The private outdoor terrace had tremendous views and was south facing yet still secluded. Small, well appointed supermarket 10 minutes walk away. Overall I would highly recommend.
